It was great for the first month! Then steam nozzle stopped working and it was leaking all the time !!! The one star is only for the BestBuy warranty and customer service, the coffee maker gets absolutely zero!!!

And if there was a way of not choosing one I would. Steamer hasn't worked sonce say 1. Wrote to company and they emailed back saying is a technical issue.

I was excited to get a combo machine and was expecting a quality machine based on the brand. It turns out I was wrong. After 2 months, the coffee side just stopped making coffee. I contacted support and they agreed after 2 calls to fix it. I had to ship it to Georgia for them to assess the problem and then they sent me a replacement. Here I am 9 months later and out of warranty with the same exact problem. Oh yeah, you pay for shipping if there’s a problem. Not going to replace with another De’Longhi.

Cannot get a hot cup of coffee or espresso. Even after warming for one hour. Cannot recommend this product. The last Espresso and coffee makers we had were half the price of this one and 10 times better.

At first, we loved this machine. All of a sudden, one morning I woke up and the drip side light comes on, but no heating of water or warming plate. Searched online and there are others with same complaint, so guessing this is not just a one off problem. May work fine for you, but I would suggest you try something different.

Delonghi coffee maker looks good but died on us 3 years later. Mr. Coffee machines last longer.

At our office, a contractor bought it for us from the local BeatBuy as a gift. Contacted DeLonghi about the problem. Told us it was strange, there are no service centers in our area and had no warranty without a receipt, not any help. I could understand if we had 10 employees but there's 3 who make a coffee once a day. It never moves and it just started leaking. The company was horrible to deal with and the malfunction has rendered the machine as trash.
