Tray pulls out to fill water and add coffee rather than opening from the top. Makes it nice for under cabinets.

I was pleasantly surprised at the design and functionality of the coffee maker. I like the way it makes coffee and the ergonomics of loading water into the reservoir.

We love this pot a lot. Only problem I have is that to change time you have to circle 24 hours to get time. Boy my finger gets tired. And my husband works night work Different times every few days. So to change auto time is a b&(?@ sometimes. There's no moving pot from uner counter. Yeah. Just pull door open.

This is the 2nd DeLonghi coffee pot that we have purchased. The first one lasted many years and this one is even better.

I love this coffee maker. The spout poors great, no drips. And I can fill it from my fridge. Makes great coffee, and the front load is the best thing ever!

Great product I love it. It's quick and easy and no more moving the maker out from under the cabinet to fill. Fill the gold mesh filter and the water reservoir at te same time.

As Europeans (Germans), we drink coffee in a different style/taste - I do not know why the coffee over here always tastes differently, but I assume it must be a combination of water chemistry (Cl and hardnes grades) as well as the roasting style of the coffee beans. In any case, the coffee tastes good for what is considered good for coffee here.

i purchased this for my elderly parents. They love it. It makes a good cup of coffee, it is easy to clean, and simple enough for the technology-challenged.

I'm very happy with this coffee pot. It does a great job for me. It makes the coffee hotter than the old one I had before.

The front access to water and coffee is a great design. My only negative would be setting the time and programming time; it only moves the time forward

I've owned Mr. Coffee coffee pots and they just don't last. This one seems to be sturdy and makes a great cup of coffee!

We've had other coffee makers in the past and have found this one is above all others so far. As time goes on we are hoping it will out work the others as well. :-)

Great coffee machine. Especially if you "feed" it with good quality coffee, the results are outstanding: tasty coffee with nice aroma. Recommended.

Nice to look at and easy to use. Hopefully, as with other coffee makers, there is no "built in obsolescence ". So far, so good!
