Nice to look at and easy to use. Hopefully, as with other coffee makers, there is no "built in obsolescence ". So far, so good!

Although satisfactory, it does not make the coffee hot enough.

I love the features, but since it came out of the box it has the raw plastic smell inside it. you can't leave water in it over night or your coffee smells and tastes like plastic. I've tried everything to clean it and get ride of the smell. We've had it for a several weeks now and the smell is dwindling, but other than that the coffee maker is awesome.

this one is the best. I would recommend it --- I bought a second one for the office

The most innovative feature is the front loading of the reservoir. No more pulling out the coffee maker, opening the lid and filling the reservoir. You simply pull open the front piece, load the coffee, and add water to the channel. It also has an "aroma" feature that spreads the water over the grounds which enhances the flavor. It takes a little longer, but is worth it if you're not in a hurry for that morning cup.

Great machine for a good hot cup of coffee. We had an older version that lasted years ago had to get another one.

Great product. Works well. I own two of them. Only down side is speed when on aroma setting and the clock is a pain to set.

We wish the fill line lit up or something. Can't really tell if its full or not so we shine a flashlight on it while filling it. Would have given it 5 stars if not for that.

Great coffee maker for the money, easy to use and excellent quality overll.

I really like how the front opens to let you add water.My only complaint is that the coffee basket is very hard to clean after making a pot of coffee. I corrected this by putting a paper coffee filter in the basket. It is a little bulky so you will need to have space on your counter top.

Use it daily for almost a month and works like it should. No complaints.

I had looked at this coffeemaker at a earlier time but didn't purchase. In another visit for a different purchase I seen the last one in stock and purchased it. Was the best deal I made that day. It works as described and we couldn't be happier with its performance. I especially like the front loading for the water, and not having to pull out the coffeemaker to fill. It's a great unit.
