Excellent coffee maker with a water fill feature that pulls out to the front so it does not have to be moved out from under a cabinet with low clearance just to fill the water reservoir.

Maker was slow to brew to start and got worse as we used it. We finally had to use the fast brew setting or it would take 30 minutes to do a pot.

This our second one, the first lasted a good number of years with daily use. love the feature that you can fill the reservoir from the front, meaning you don't have to slide the the unit out from under the cabinets. very happy with this product !

I am thrilled with the swing-out fill feature. I hated pulling the old pot out from underneath the counter to fill. This is much easier.

Design is very poor. It advertises that you do not have to pull the machine out to pour in the water. But the opening for pouring in the water is terrible

basic and simple with times and alarms but for her it easily brews on the timer i mentioned and she loves coffee like fat kids love cake lol Also very dependable we have has it several years now with no problems

This is our second coffee pot and the only one we would ever use. Only objection is the larger size.. Takes up more counter space.

This is a great coffee brewer. I especially like the hinged pull out to add coffee and water. I can fill the water without having to pull it out from under the cupboard.

Love it the coffee this thing brews is so wonderful. The aroma setting allows for such a full flavored robust morning cup. Perfectly starting your day is what you'll enjoy with the cup this thing delivers.

The DeLonghi 12-cup coffeemaker has the most convenient coffee basket assembly -- wonderfully easy to clean; and, fresh water conveyer trough. Both are most easily accessed within a single swing-out top frame.

Good quality construction, well-designed, won't fall apart in three months like so many coffee makers that are similarly-priced.

I can't seem to get a consistantly good pot of coffee. Use same amount of water and coffee. Sometimes stronger or weaker. Never same. I hate that the display does not light up. I hate how awful it is to set time and brew time. I need to change brew times on occassion and have to run through a the full 24.hrs clock to change. Its a pain. Love the front fill feature though. Dont know if its too late to return.

If you have never used a front loading coffee maker, get this one, It will change your life. Not only does this make a great pot of coffee, the carafe does not drip when pouring.

This is a very good machine at a really good price. It makes a pot of coffee in just minutes. You don't need to move it out to fill it with the swing out door. Nice coffee maker.

This was bought because of front load capacity which was total success. However, the taste of the coffee was terrible. The company was very compliant in replacing the coffee maker in a timely manner. The replacement not only did not taste any better and this time we also could never get the clock to work. Company offered to replace again but we just changed brands.

Saw it in the store asked a few questions I like that it has a pull out tray to fill the water and put in your favorite type of ground coffee I use it everyday

Makes coffee in a snap very fast, has good aroma setting also.

very pleased with this coffee maker. the swing-out basket allows you to easily put the coffee and water in without moving the machine on your countertop.

Nice coffee pot for the money ! To set the clock could be easer to set but not bad !
