Easy to use, but the part that swings open to add water hangs up on the machine.

The coffeemaker is slow in brewing and if I had known that before my purchase I would have opted for another brand. I usually buy Cuisinart for it's efficiency and quickness of brew which the DeLonghi lacks. There was no Cuisinarts at the store when I purchased this product.

I loved this coffee maker when I purchased it March of 2016. Best feature is pull-out drawer for water fill. No more having to pull coffee maker out from under upper cabinets to make coffee. Unfortunately, it just stopped working at the end of December 2016. Would hit brew button and then - nothing. Only 9 months old. I was able to get a replacement through the manufacturer warranty without too much hassle. Then the replacement started failing just a few days after the one year warranty expiration date - of course. Sometimes just water under and around the machine, sometimes coffee and grounds all over. Not too happy. Seems a coffee maker should last more than a year.

This is by far one of the best coffee makers I have owned. I especially love the aroma button, it gives the coffee a richer and bolder flavor.

I like this coffee pot as it's very convenient under the kitchen cabinets. Only con I have is setting the clock and timer. Takes forever to set them

Purchased in Nov of ‘17 and loved it after having a previous model for almost 9 years. This one stopped working after about 18 months. It was nice while it worked though.

Good office coffee maker, the price was good so we bought two, one for high octane and one for decaf.

I bought this coffee maker because I love the front access channel for water, however it seems to take a really long time to brew. To make a full pot it takes near 45 minutes. I love that it fits well on the countertop buy it does seem to steam off quite a bit of water and you loose a cup or two in the process. I can't return since I don't have packaging and after 30 days. Need a better return policy Best Buy... Just sayin.
