Bought this coffee maker and found out pretty quickly that if the pot isn't perfectly set the coffee will not drain into the pot. Many mornings with coffee all over the counters. Clock/Timer buttons are terrible. No hr/min button. You must just hold the button down until you get to the time.

I bought this no more than 1 month ago. I read and followed instructions.
On the regular basis this pot only produces 1/2 the quantity I set it up for., I pour in 12 cups of water and end up with 6 cups of coffee. It is very slow, regularly more than 30 minuets for a pot(or 1/2 pot) of coffee. The coffee it makes is good. But where is all the water going??? It is convenient to fill from the front, that is why I purchased it. Today it quit completely. Now I no long have to wonder where all the water was going. GOOD RIDENCE.

Got it home, plugged in and tried running water through it for one of two rounds of just water. 20 minutes later we had 8 of the 12 cups filled. After figuring out that there was a tube that was too short inside the coffee maker and putting it in place just right to get the water to flow, we decided to try again. Got through about 10 of the 12 cups the second time through and steam started to drip out of the front of the coffee maker and all over our counter. It never would have worked for an under the cabinet coffee maker either, as it puts out WAY too much steam. For the price, I am very disappointed and will be returning it to the store tomorrow.

This worked OK for a few months, but constantly leaked and lost too much of the water from steam. Now it stopped working altogether after only 5 months. And due to Best Buy's HORRIBLE return policy, I'm out $65. I will never buy another Delonghi product or shop at Best Buy again!!

The coffee maker was very good for the first dozen uses with a pretty decent cup of coffee. After that short amount of time we started to loose a tremendous amount of water. Adding 10 cups of water we are lucky to get 4 cups of coffee. Waste of money!!
