Not only is the front access a smart design but the coffee, which is the same I've always used, tasted so much better!

I like my Starbux in the morning and if I don't stop at the local shop, I brew at home. This is a care free brewer for half of the cost of the more expensive models. I think I paid like $65-70. It has a swing out water reservoir so you never have to move the equipment to fill the water or coffee filter. It has a nice look to it and I am extremely pleased I took a chance on this model despite some negative reviews I saw on line. It is simple to set up and simple to set the automatic brew cycle so when I awake the pot is ready for me. I would recommend anyone who has purchased a more expensive model in the past to give this a chance.

We have had multiple brands and types of coffee makers over the years. This one is the best we have ever had. We currently have used one for several years and it is still going strong. We wanted to get a replacement to have available when our old one finally gives out. Would recommend this unit to anyone.

We spent 2 days trying to find a simple coffe maker, we bought one from another store, and paid twice as much only to find in the morning it did not stay hot, we returned and stopped into BEST BUY, this Coffee Maker was a great price point and the swing out water feature is a huge plus for us. makes a great cup of coffee, no filters needed and stays hot!!

I am a coffee drinker and use this thing at least once a day. The previous couple of coffee makers I tried would either stop brewing the coffee or the steam would short out the electronics. This style of coffee maker is very well done. The electronics are on the bottom, so no worries about steam. The slide out loading design is great and find myself liking this product more than any coffee maker to date. Being that I have never heard of DeLonghi, I took a chance and it paid off immensely.

I bought this unit as it was the only full size coffee pot I found to fit under my cupboards. The basic features work very well, however the more advanced features such as programming it for auto brew are a little confusing. There is no light function on the display pad which I personally like. Over all I am very satisfied with it and it makes great tasting coffee.

It is a large coffeemaker takes up more room on counter. Makes good coffee, the top plate is bothersome to remove to pour in the water. Pinched my arm twice trying to do it one handed. Not my favorite coffeemaker but there is nothing wrong with it. Personal preference.

This coffee machine is intuitive to use, and has all the bells and whistles that you need, good egonomics, good hot water for perfect coffee and a warming plate that keeps jug full of Java at just the right temp. Easy on the eye, the gloss black and chrome accents set off any work surface and cabinet color. Operation is very simple, and no above height is needed as all access to coffee and fresh water opens towards you.

Everything has been great so far with this machine. It does exactly what its supposed to do, make hot coffee quickly. My family has had just about ever type of coffee machine out there and this stands right up there with the rest of them but only time will truly tell.

Great coffee maker. Pours easily into slide out opening. Nice sharp look. Cons: takes awhile to brew pot. The glass carafe spills water/coffee while pouring if you don't angle it just right. A design flaw

This does exactly what I expect a coffee maker to do. It makes a good cup of coffee and has a timer. I don't expect much more from a coffee maker and this looked nice at the price point I was willing to pay.

This is the second DeLonghi I have owned. I recently broke the carafe on my first one, which I had for over 7 years. This is the only coffee maker I have found where you don't have to move it from under the counter to make your coffee. Others have the same concept for putting the coffee in but not the water.

I owned this model previously and then bought a higher-end coffeemaker. Took the more expensive one back and bought this one again. Can't beat it for a good all-purpose coffeemaker!

It's simple to set up and use and I love being able to keep my coffee cup on top. Never have to move with the easy pull out filter and water tray. No problems this way.
