We love this coffee maker! This is the second one we have purchased. We are big coffee drinkers and the brewing system makes excellent coffee. We also love the fact that you do not have to move the coffee maker when poring the water in. All in all just a great appliance.

I bought one of these 5 years ago and it still works. The overall cost vs. years, it was cheaper than buying cheap coffee pots from Wal-Mart. The only reason I bought a new one was because the wife did not like the plate on bottom got rusty after 5 years.

This coffee maker is great. Love the front opening to put in the water and coffee for brewing. For me it's so much better than the one cup coffee makers that turn out to be way more expensive. Would recommend this coffee maker to all my friends.

This coffeemaker is perfect if you want dependability. No fancy gadgets, just an easy to use coffeemaker that makes great coffee.

After ten years of daily use, my first DeLonghi coffeemaker quit. I chose these for the side opening swing out basket rather than flip top. This is a reliable, quick coffeemaker. Glad to have found another after all these years.

Front loading design makes for easy water and coffee loading. Robust coffee flavor.

Only issue with this coffee maker is the water level view slot is hard to see where water level is. makes great coffee.

This one replaces my older DeLonghi model that had an insulated 10 cup carafe. First of all, I wanted a unit with front access to fill water and put coffee grounds in. I do not have much room under my cabinets and I did NOT want to have to move the coffee pot out every morning to have to make coffee, so I love how this opens in front. EASY. Second, after having the insulated carafe, I decided to go for the bigger 12 cup carafe with warming tray, and I do like this better. It makes more coffee and stays warmer longer. Third, coffee from this coffee maker tastes great!

The front loading capability provides for a wide variety of locations to site the coffee maker. It is easy to clean and its components are easily accessible. All this and it produces great tasting coffee.

I recently bought this coffee maker for an RV that had a low hanging cabinet. I needed one that I could fill without having to move it all the time. We couldn't be more pleased with this product.

This is an excellent coffee machine, works just fine, does not look so fragile like the smaller models, turns off automatically after a while too.

We drink coffee every day and didn't want to spend a lot of money. This machine was around $50.00. It has a timer to auto-on the coffee in the morning which is a necessity. The auto turn off would be good if it could be set for 3 hours but most machines do shut off after two anyway. The coffee stays hot for the two hours. The best thing about this maker, and I don't know why anyone else hasn't figured this out is the front loading for water. I have wrestled with trying to pour water in the 'back' of all makers although our last one (Kitchen Aide) had a removable container to fill in the sink. So if you don't want water all over the counter when you fill the water, this is an ingenious improvement on an old problem!

I bought this to replace a regular drip coffeemaker by DeLonghi that I'd loved. (The old one was unusable because the small plastic hinge on the bottom of the basket that allowed the coffee to flow into the carafe had broken when the basket fell on the floor. Since that model was discontinued, I couldn't replace the basket.) I read a lot of negative reviews about this new model, so I was trying to wait until DeLonghi produced something different, but I couldn't stand the boiled-coffee taste of coffee made in a Mr. Coffee, so I decided to give this model a try. After 6 weeks of daily use,I haven't had any of the problems people have mentioned, such as water leaking or excessive steam. However, I always fill the water in the morning rather than using a timer, and I have only made at most 6 or 7 cups of coffee at a time. It's possible that the leaking is occurring when people fill up the whole pot, or when the timer is used? The coffee's flavor is wonderful, much better than the taste of coffee from other coffeemakers! My friends have commented on that as well. Some reviewers complained that the coffee isn't "hot enough," but that's what I like about the DeLonghi; the coffee isn't boiled, it's roasted. I will try to update the review if I run into any problems after a few more months, but so far I'm very happy I bought it.

Coffee maker works exactly as it should. Great for kitchens with low overhead wall cabinets

Makes great coffee. Cons are its kinda slow and setting the timer/clock is a pain.

This is a good coffee maker for a good price. The fact that it fits under the cupboard and doesn't have to be moved to set up the pot for brewing is an added bonus.

We like our coffee maker. It is easy to use. Our only problem was a user error. We did not put in the correct amount of coffee the first time that we used it.

We liked the coffee maker so well that we wanted on to replace the first maker. Not having to move it to fill was the main reason for liking it so much.

Main feature is this unit goes under my cabinet and I don't Have to move it. Love this feature................

This is just awesome nothing else to say about it. Well worth the money.
