We like this coffeemaker! It has an easy to fill reservoir, from the front. No more reaching over or behind the coffemaker. Although the water level indicator is also on the front, it can be a little difficult to read, but that is very minor. It has an "aroma" button, but we don't feel the need to us it. It makes a good cup of coffee and that's all we want.

Am wondering if this will last long term ..... for $80, it should! We have only been using it for about 5 weeks and my husband is the only coffee drinker. I don't love how it looks, but it is fine. It met the main criteria of being able to sit on the counter under the upper cabinets and not have to be pulled out every day to use it. (Husband refuses to pull the coffee maker out and push it back when done using it in the mornings.)

The reason I bought this coffee maker was so I wouldn't have to pull out my coffee maker to brew coffee. The best feature of this machine is the access "drawer" for pouring water and coffee grounds. I also like the auto-start feature so I wake up to freshly brewed coffee. It also has a gold filter so I don't have to use disposable paper filters.

I LOVE THIS COFFEE MAKER! EAST TO USE, HAS A TIMER FOR BREWING AND A PAUSE FEATURE FOR WHEN YOU POUR YOUR COFFEE. THE COFFEE ITSELF IS FULL FLAVORED AND ROBUST. I ENJOY MY COFFEE AND THIS WAS THE PERFECT ADDITION TO MY KITCHEN.

I tried this product at a Condo we rented in Hilton Head and fell in love. It is so easy to pour the water in that you could do it when you are half asleep. Also, you never have to buy a coffee filter again as it comes with a rinsable gold re-usable filter. The price was great especially for such good quality.

Not a space hog like some coffee makers and is great for under cabinet locations. Not having to raise the top to add water or fill the coffee is great.

I bought this for my husband due to it's rugged appearance, but I love how easy it is to use. No need to move the coffee maker to get to the water reservoir as it is located right in the front.

Good coffee maker, easy to add water & coffee without move the pot. The only thing is nonstick plate got peeled after useed about 2 weeks.

FIRST WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THIS COFFEE MAKER IS THAT IT CAN BE USED UNDER THE COUNTER AND NOT MOVED WHEN ADDING THE WATER AND THE COFFEE GROUNDS. HOWEVER AFTER A FEW WEEKS IT STARTED LEAKING WATER AND LOOSING ABOUT TWO CUPS OF COFFEE. MY HUSBAND REFUSED TO CONTINUE CLEANING THE WATER FROM THE COUNTER AND WE REPLACED THE POT. I ONLY HAD A MONTH TO RETURN THIS POT AND UNFORTUNATELY BY THE TIME WE DECIDED TO RETURN THE POT IT WAS OVER THE 30 DAYS. THIS POT COST ME $60.00 DOLLARS AND FOR ME THAT IS A LOT OF MONEY. I AM HOPING THAT BEST BUY WOULS REMOVE AND STOP SELLING THIS POT AT THEIR STORES. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID. DE -LONGHI 12 CUP COFFEE POT VERY POOR PRODUCT.

easy fill, aroma good, coffee great, what is not to like.

This is my second of the same coffee maker. I had the other one for 8 years before the heating element went out, and I almost cried. I luckily found this at Best Buy. The front loading coffee tray will change your life.

I purchased this because it was on clearance and the price was unbeatable. I’m so glad I did!!! Great coffee maker! Perfect size too.

DeLonghi is ahead of everybody else on the front filling system. We love it! We no longer have difficulty filling water and like not having to slide it out from under the cabinet to do so. The decanter pours easily without spilling or dripping.

Perfect for under counter use. Coffee maker is easy to use. Only drawback is tough to clean inside so we replace every 2 years.
