This one replaced our older one that was just like it .design has changed a little from the one that I bought 3 yes ago. The only problem is that the door you open to put water and coffee grounds in is stiff to open , my old one was easy to open. Hope it gets easier over time with the use of product.

Seems to be a great coffee maker for the $$. Definitely recommend buyer protection through Best Buy.

I love the ability to access the water and coffee grounds without sliding out from under the cabinet...the access pulls out from the front. I don't feel the coffee is as hot at my previous pot, but it is hot enough.

This is the best Coffee Maker we have ever owned. It makes very hot clean coffee and the swivel open front for poring in the water and adding the grounds is wonderful, Thank you

Would consider, if they improve the small problem of the water spilling on the counter. But really great design for small spaces and easy to load coffee and water at the same time.

This product was perfect for our under cabinet coffee bar...doesn't leak and is easily accessible without pulling everything out

Great coffee maker, it's a European design so a lot of American conveniences aren't available

Not bad for a drip coffee maker. I still prefer to use the paper filter for easy clean up.

This appliance does everything as advertised. Brews great coffee quickly, with no hassles. My only complain is the set time function, that was slightly annoying.

Exceptional machine! We drink a lot of coffee and this has been great the front load option means you don't have to pull it out from under the cabinet to fill it

This coffee maker is very good for its price point.It has the front load feature and the filter screen for best flavor. I highly recommend this coffee maker.

I had one of these coffee makers before. Same brand, same type. Loved it so much we went looking for another one after the first one got kind of old. Could NOT find one anywhere! Just happened to be in Best Buy one day and looked over by the coffee makers - and there it was! Last one too from what I could tell. Bought it on the spot. Works great and we are very happy with it.

This device is easy to use, particularly because it can be accessed from the front, as opposed to the top, for most other brands. The brewing process is quick, and my "Navy style" coffee is delicious.

After 2 1/2 weeks tried to brew some coffee and didn't do anything. I had to figure out why it didn't start brewing. Messed with it and it started working again. Think it was a micro switch for the coffee/water drawer. I'm not sure how long it will last. $20 Mr. Coffee machines last years. This who knows???

Definitely an upgrade from what i had. The aroma function is great. And I really like that i can use it without moving it from under the cabinet.

This was ordered to replacement The previous unit was about 7 years old and ran with NO issues ever. This one from the get go having issues with it . Nothing like my first one. This one did not live up to the expectations that they set with my previous experience.
