Fairly fast in making coffee. The water lever reader is had to see

Good coffee. Easy to fill from front and pour out.

Easy clean up cause there isn't any. I bought this for the easy to use water holder, which I thing functions better then a Keurig. The pause function is nice to have when you want more then one cup, but don't want it brewed right away.

Pull the front handle out to replace the filter, refill by using the same handle and pour down the side to refill. Very convenient, though it doesn't get very hot and takes a while longer to brew than most.

I used to use another brand but after the first one stopped working only after a few years, I went and got the same version (except new model). That lasted about two weeks. I decided not to risk it again and try a new brand. I asked the store associate about what he recommended and he instantly said 'DeLonghi'...another associate also said he loved his so I was sold. So far, so good. I like that it came with a filter that you simply cleaned out. Let's hope it lasts for more than a few years!

Makes a great pot of coffee all the time. The best thing about it is that you don't have to pull the coffee maker out from under the overhead cabinets to fill it with water - that's done through the front swing-out water and coffee tray. The "aroma" button delays the brewing, but makes for an aromatic kitchen and a better cup of coffee.

I owned this brand and model w a glass carafe before. It worked great for years till the timer quit. I switched to a thermal carafe coffee maker made by a different company. Sorry I did as the carafe did not hold heat. I am back to this brand & model. It makes great coffee in no time and stays hot.

I really like this coffee maker, but never makes it thru the full warranty before failing! Would highly recommend even thought issues with it failing! I used to only buy those less expensive products, but your can really taste the difference in the taste of the coffee.

Love the arm that swings out to refill with water and not have to pull from under the counter to do so. The only negative is it drips when you pour if you try to pour too fast while filling with water or pouring coffee, because maybe the spout is too small. It works fine if you slow down and take your time :)

Pretty much easy to use, although the filler spot, (where you pour in the water) is rather small and hard to hit if you're making coffee early in the morning. ;)

Bought this coffee pot 4 weeks ago, and so far have no complaints. Easy to set up, water fill tray swings out from the front which makes filling easy. Brews a good hot pot of coffee. A good value for the price.

Love that the coffee is hotter than my last machine or single brew method. I enjoy going back to heat up my cup from the pot. Only wish didn't take up as much room on the counter top

Very user friendly. Water and coffee in a swing open compartment is very easy to use as well as a space saver. Brews well. A great price. Only drawback; Clock is not illuminated.

This is the second one of these we've had. As with most coffee makers, it gets a daily workout like you wouldn't believe. 4 to 5 full pots of coffee daily. We used the last one for almost 4 years. And it fits under the upper cabinets so you don't have to slide it all over to fill.

Love that it opens from front and that it does not spray or steam. Bit bulky looking and the filter is flat.

This is our second DeLonghi Coffeemaker. The first one lasted only a few years but we do use it a lot! Guess we wear one out quicker than some people. It does make a good cup of coffee :)

Great for tight overhead spaces. I don’t think it has autoshutoff and the coffee still comes out when you try to sneak a cup before it’s finished.

This is my second DeLonghi coffee maker. It makes great coffee especially when using the aroma button for a more robust flavor. I love that it has a swing out door that makes it so easy to add the water without moving the coffee maker. That is the main reason I like the DeLonghi brand!

Could have some additional features and an easier way to set the time and timer but it does what it is supposed to do which is fine.
