This coffee maker produces nice hot coffee unluck the competitors coffee makers that sells their models for the same price or close to the same price. It is a large unit and takes up space on the counter, but well worth it. Nice hot coffee everyday!

This replaced 2 Cuisinart coffee makers that failed in the heating element area. So far, after a couple of months, it still works great. It has pretty solid and sturdy construction that seems like it might hold up well over time. I love the front-access for grounds and water, it's very convenient vs the top loader types. Buttons and controls are fairly simple. Makes decent coffee. Comes with flat-bottom metal screen filter; I like that not wasting paper filters is a standard feature.

This is my second Delonghi coffee maker. I use them every day so the fact that the previous model lasted for over 5 years says something. This model is just as good and has the same nice features (timer, an aroma button to strengthen flavor, easy to read markings). The best feature is that you don't have to pull it out to add water or coffee. This newest model even has an improved spout for the water.

I like the fact that I don't have to lift the top to pour in water into the well. Very easy to clean the basket after the coffee is made

My husband came home with what I thought was too bulky of a coffee maker. Now, I really like its design and find it actually practical. It has one pull out drawer for coffee grounds and water. When we use the "aroma" feature, the brewing process is slower than usual BUT it makes great tasting coffee. It is well worth the wait.

The swing out water fill feature is excellent. Makes for easy filling of reservoir without having to move entire unit. Makes very good coffee as well.

This is my first new coffee maker in years. It makes great tasting coffee. It is easy to use and to clean. It has a very impressive style when sitting on the counter. I got it on sale at Best Buy. It is a higher end item.

This coffee maker has worked very well for me so far. I really like the overall style and the big chunky chrome handle that you pull to reveal the filter to add grounds and also access the water fill tank. The hot plate seems to work very well and brew the coffee at a hot enough temperature to release steam when you fill your cup. It is programmable and has a button labeled "Aroma" - which is not clear exactly what it's for (unless it brews the coffee hotter than normal in order to release more aroma...) - even the manual makes no mention of the Aroma button. In sum, I am happy with the product.

I will be returning this coffee maker due to the scratched and indent markers!!! it looks rough.. but it makes great hot coffee.. I will be exchanging for the all silver look.. to much black :)

Coffee is good. Heating element works nicely. Like the 2 hour timer for auto shut off.

Brews quickly and has a great pull forward design.

So-so coffee maker. Pros-it's easy to fill with water Cons-hard to reset timer. Does not have a forward/backward arrow to set timer. You have to go through the entire 24 hr. Period to reset to an earlier time. Lid is already not closing tightly after only owning a month.

Great coffee maker makes hot coffee and tastes great. Only thing I don't like but is not a real big deal is the clock and timer setting. You have to hold button to go around 24 hrs to set time and alarm.

Many coffee makers require access to pour water into the top hatch, making usage under a cabinet problematic. Kiss your clutter goodbye with this excellent design!

This is the second unit we have purchased. Bunn has just sunk so low and this coffee maker brews a wonderful cup .
