Primarily purchased for the Drip Coffee maker and got a bonus with the Expresso and Cappuccino feature. The DeLonghi system for this model works great, easy to add your water for drip coffee maker and your Expresso maker. These are two separate systems which I think is a good feature. I use filtered water, and a good premium Jamacin Peaberry Coffey bean. I do Love my coffee. This DeLonghi gives me what I need without a high priced system. Keeping clean is quick and simple,

Its not a true expresso. Its a steam expresso and you will not gonna get the foam on the expresso

Good machine but does drip at esspresso handle since i got it.

For the price this is a good coffee maker. The espresso maker frother has not worked that good.

This is quite the product for espresso lovers and coffee lovers alike. Can make your pot of coffee for large gatherings, but also get that espresso going for your latte in the AM as well! Very easy to use, though the steamed milk/frother can get a bit messy sometimes (I think it's the technique of the handler.. I've still got a lot to learn :)

Very easy to use and clean. Good hot coffee brewed every day.

I have only had the unit for a few weeks but so far I'm satisfied. I like that that the arm pulls out where the coffee basket AND water go. Generally it is so difficult to add water in most units that I have had. I haven't yet tried the espresso maker but am looking forward to it when I have time to figure out how it works.

The espresso part worked great. The coffee side broke after making only two pots of coffee. I had only owned it for 8 days. Still waiting for a replacement

Product is working well, no complaints yet. I like this product as it is a good value for money. I only wish that DeLonghi would use better quality products for the casing (assembly). Otherwise, I highly recommend this product.

Worst coffee maker I have ever owned. I wish I could go back in time and just buy a cheaper coffee maker. The cappuccino side seems fine, although I don’t use it very often. The pot of coffee side makes the water magically disappear most of the times I’ve used it. Occasionally it works as it should, but about 3 months after getting it, I would fill up water just a little over 4 cups and would end up with 1.5 cups of extra strong coffee. Very disappointing.

Very stylish and makes a great cup of coffee. Very easy to clean and use. Highly recommend.

I THINK IS GOOD BECAUSE THE FUNCTIONlAL WAY AND THE COLOR IS PERFECT TO MATCH .

Not the best for drop coffee because the carafe tends to leak, we bought the replacement plan because we are on our third one, but I make 5 or 6 pots a day... perfect for someone who doesn’t use as much as I do.

Have had this coffee maker for about two years and have not had any problems. It takes some practice to perfect your espresso, but I would recommend this to anyone.

Do not go and buy it...most headache product ever... the espresso notch was broken after a week!!
