Company offers a 1 year "limited" warranty so I took it apart in an attempt to fix it myself. My efforts were unsuccessful. I will try a different brand with my next purchase

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this machine since May of 2020 and I have had a few issues with the machine not being able to make coffee, apparently due to the locking mechanism once you put the coffee and tighten the coffee holder to the right. It doesn't make the coffee and it's extremely hard to twist off the coffee holder. Otherwise it makes good coffee, but I would not buy again.
