My wife love to make her own espresso. She loves this unit

I would absolutely recommend this to somone looking for a compact yet effective espresso machine. It has a learning curve, its tamp pressure varries based on bean roast.

Yes this is an espresso extractor. It fits nicely on counter. Now the bad stuff: Didnt last 2 yrs press stopped working Way way way over priced I figured for almost $350 I should get some way awesome drink. But it was just me making it not the machine. Wasted a lot of coffee and time. Frother does ok no applause Handle if washed in dishwasher comes out looking like cheap gray aluminum. Pain in the rear directions.

It’s actually really awesome. Does an amazing job and isn’t that hard to keep clean. I bought a nice mat for under it and now it fits perfect on my counter.

Good expresso but my mind had been wanting to Breville so I returned it until I’ve saved enough for the machine of my dreams

This is a very nice espresso machine for the price, it actually has a pretty small footprint so it easily fit onto my coffee bar with my drip coffee pot. A couple complaints I have is after steaming milk it won't always easily switch back to making espresso with out turning it on and off and the tray on top for keeping espresso shots warm after dispensing them doesn't get very hot but otherwise I am pleased with this product

I feel like my title mostly sums it up. I am quite happy with this machine. It looks fantastic. Simple, sleek, basic, clean. Stainless. Black accents. No need for anything else. I love the build. Small, compact, yet solid and a nice weight. Everything just “feels right.” From the machine to the accessories (I do wish they included a little pitcher). In an apartment, and already owning quite a few kitchen gadgets, I needed something small with my limited counter space. At just 6” wide and about double that in length and height, this was perfect for me. As for use, it is all quite simple. The water is always the right temperature, the machine heats up extremely! quickly, and you never have to worry about amounts (once dialed in, you are good). It is also very versatile. The drip tray lets you use either short or tall cups/mugs. The filter allows for single shots, double shots, and pods…so, ground coffee or espresso pods. You can also use a hot water mode for teas, hot chocolates…etc…Finally, there is a frother. Sadly, as much as I love this, my skills are not barista-ready, so my latte art…struggles. The texture of the milk and the bubbles the frother gives you may just fall short of café quality, but you still get great steamed milk and milk foam for your drinks. No complaints here. At all. When it comes to the results, I could not be happier with the espresso coming from this machine. Delicious, balanced, full of flavor and oh, the smells lol. I have been experimenting with everything, and while I am still finding the “perfect” ratios between espresso, milk, foam, and the like, my mornings have been happily filled with cappuccinos, flat whites, macchiatos and many, many, shots. Admittedly, probably too many. All in all, I think this is a great machine. It looks café ready, is compact, built well, easy to use, makes cleanup a breeze, and it absolutely gives you high quality drinks.

I have used this machine before and it was good but this time when I got my new cofee macheen it did not work even once.when I went to bestbuy store for help they did not even help me to show how to use it.I thought it must me new model and I might not know how to use it but nobody was there to help me.

A workhorse entry level machine, just use filtered water and keep it clean.

I love the metal finish. It's easy to clean. And it goes so well with all the other black/metal finished appliances in my kitchen. And I really appreciate the compact design. It doesn't take up too much counter space at all. But some of the parts feel a bit flimsy and looks as if it could deteriorate sooner than wanted. It seems like it's a bit difficult to get a drink wrong. Especially the foam portion. I love gobs of foam and this is easy to achieve with the steam wand. Almost makes you feel like a pro...almost. It is a 1300W machine so you might want to make sure you are not using any other appliances on the same circuit or you could trip a breaker. Especially if you have a kitchen that's served with 15 amp breakers. Speaking from experience here. It could end up being a bit frustrating. And that's not exactly the fault of the machine either. Really dig the size, the aesthetic, and all that foam. I think some parts could have been built with better materials. But overall, this machine looks great and is working wonderfully thus far. Not a terrible price for something entry level that gets the job done. And it could pay for itself pretty quick given what the price for even a bad cup of joe could be.
