I now have gone through two of these exact machines. I loved everything about the machines for the first 8-10 months of having them. However, about 10 months into the first machine I had started coming up short with the amount of coffee it would dispense versus the requested amount (ex: I would set for a 6 cups but it would only give 4 cups). About 8 months into the second machine, it would start descaling on the espresso side randomly. The first machine, I replaced with the same product via geek squad. The second machine, I ended up replacing with a Ninja product instead. This machine was perfect until it started acting up. I would not recommend this model in the future.

My coffee comes out great!!!! Easy to use, although the cup doesn't give exact cup number so if you have more than 3 ppl get bigger cup

Got this as a christmas gift for my partner who has been a barista for a couple of years, they love the duality and ease of removal to dump any excess liquid.

I loved the coffee that it made & it was pretty quick, but if you dont clean it thoroughly after each use, it clogs up quick. Also, it would be nice for the machine to have an auto shut off for the espresso side. It’s very easy to leave and forget that it’s on and hot.

This coffee maker makes the best coffee I have ever had from the many I have purchased over the years. It is very close to coffee shop coffee. Still trying to figure out the milk frother but I suspect it is "pilot error" as the saying goes. I am absolutely giddy over my morning coffee.

This is an advanced coffee maker. Makes rich coffee and expresso A sleek design, looks great on the coffee. Coffee comes out hot

Coffee machine work just fine. The filter it comes with starts to get into the taste of the coffee. The Espresso machine is pretty decent.

For the longest time my husband and I were looking for a decent coffee pot/ espresso machine. We knew De’Longhi was a reputable company, so we thought “why not give it a try”? No. This coffee was not strong. It took a TON OF COFFEE AND WATER, which is strange for a 10 cup pot?? I’ve had a ton of coffee pots growing up so I’m familiar with the full pot scenario. So this just seemed more than usual to me. The featured Espresso on this machine? Forget about it. It was not strong at all, we used illy espresso. The temp didn’t work correctly. It also leaked water. Now I nevvvver write reviews. But for 280$ I felt like I got jipped for a poor quality pot of coffee. My husband is Italian so his espresso is important. Needless to say If your buying this pot for the “double feature” and going based off the fact that this espresso machine has 19 bars VS The Breville that has 15.. I would recommend looking elsewhere. We ended up returning it after 4 days of having it and got the Hot/Cold brew Ninja maker and the BREVILLE Bambino espresso maker. Wouldn’t go back. Love both of the new machines. Next too each other was the same width of this machine anyways!

It takes some time even when the machine says is ready to make a good “hot” espresso. If you make it right away after the machine button stops flashing, the espresso is not hot enough. That’s my only complain. My dad has to wait about 30 minutes for the machine to be hot enough to make an espresso, and still sometimes have to put the cup in the microwave. Besides that I’m happy.

Easy to use and makes great coffee. The only thing I do not like is you have to push stop button for the water to stop when making expresso

Bought as a Christmas gift to my son snd wife and they both gave great reviews, except wish the temperature was a little hotter. Overall great buy!

You can do Expresso and a Pot of coffee at the same time. Great investment for home.

This is a good machine if you want the ability to make espresso and drip coffee but do not have the counterspace for two seperate machines. The espresso function does not have an auto shut off when brewing, so you need to manually turn it off after it has brewed the prefered amount.

Finally upgraded to a combination coffee and espresso machine. This was a great purchase and reduce the family from going to coffee shops. The coffee maker is easy to use. The espresso machine does a have a learning curve if you have never made an espresso. The frother was the tough to learn because there is a technique to get it right. I purchase a stamper, glass espresso cups and froth pitcher separately a total of $45 for the De'Longhi accessories.

My husband and son have wanted this for a LONG time! Sleek and Beautiful it’s easy to use and makes GREAT coffee!
