IT'S POSSESSED!!

Drip side works fine, but the espresso side has a mind of its own! It tends to go in descaling mode without anyone around. Middle of the day or night it just starts descaling and will do it several times in a row. Without water in the tank after it drains, I would be concerned of it getting overheated and starting a fire. Also, we have tried to reach out to Delonghi by email with the problem but get no response back.

We replace filters but espresso is still having issues.

I just bought it a few days ago, but oh god the coffee is so weak!! I like my coffee strong, which is why I wanted an espresso machine, but the coffee this makes is FAR from an espresso. I've always used stove tops coffee makers, but I really wanted to treat myself to something fancy.. well I'm retuning this and staying with my stove top coffee maker. It don't even taste like coffee, it's more like dirty water.
