I bought this coffee machine because I wanted all in one convenience without having to have 2 separate coffee machines on my counter. In that regard, it's great. It makes great steamed milk and great espresso. And the coffee it makes is great too, but, its not a great coffee maker and that's the primary reason we bought it. First off, it only has a 10 cup coffee pot. I knew that when I bought it. What I didn't know is that its a small 10 cups. It meaures about 8 cups on my old coffee maker. And, it NEVER brews a full pot of coffee. Even when overfilling the pot so it reaches the max line on the machine. This is super annoying since we have 3 coffee drinking adults in our house. This means we usually make 2 pots on the mornings we're all home together. The second inconvenient issue is that it only has one auto-timer. Our old pot has 2 timers. This was great since my husband and I leave for work at different times and work on different days. This results in us having to set the auto-timer every night. Not the end of the world, but, a nuisance.

I have always wanted to buy a espresso coffee machine but was looking at something which can give me option of both Espresso as well as drip coffee as my wife is more of drip coffee drinker. So rather than having 2 machines we kept on researching for last 2 years to have a combination machine. We finally came across this and bought about one month back. Till date can say easily its agood investment keeping both the users happy. The machine has shown good performance till date with just one complaint on espresso side. You have to be somewhat an expert to get right espresso as machine just does not automatically stop once right amount of espresso is dispersed. So if you are not to attentive , the espresso can become diluted or be too strong if you stop dripping too soon. It would have been great if machine had a pre-programmed espresso dripping for one spoon or two spoon coffee powder. Also not sure how difficult or easy it would be once the time for its deep cleaning comes in but as of now satisfied with the product at the price paid.

I absolutely love this coffee pot/espresso maker. I use it every single morning. The espresso is always perfect, the frothing works amazing, and the coffee pot portion works perfectly. I can’t believe how was it is to use and clean. I absolutely love it and would highly recommend it

Excellent unit for the price!! Regular coffee maker works well, however, it would be nice if it was a 12 cup instead of 10. Espresso side works very well. Efficient at frothing milk for a latte and the unit is very easy to clean after use. I'm hoping it will last for a long time.

LOVE this coffee maker! We have never been into espressos and cappuccinos, but so many friends offer us one when we visit, that we decided it was time for our own home espresso maker... but we didn't want to give up our traditional brewed coffee! This fit the bill... right design, right size, right price.

So far we’ve been using this machine for both coffee and espresso. It works great for both and both can run at the same time. The fritter is super loud so we don’t use it very often (at all). Espresso machine is a little noisy, but not sure how this compares to other machines. One last comment is that the scooper is a combo tamper and isn’t very convenient to use. We bought a nice chrome tamper.

This is awesome coffe maker. Very practical and you can make your cappuccino.

Love the size and efficiency, the pot for the dripping part is poorly designed, cannot empty completely due to misalignment of the cap with the rest, feels as it no attention was paid to the design of the overall machine.

I like this coffee and espresso machine. The steamer stopped working after a month of purchase so if you are looking for a frother/steamer, I would not go with this machine.

Amazing machine! I love the dual functionality to make standard coffee but also making espresso. It is super easy to use and clean and has everything an individual would need to start making espresso!

Because it makes phenomenal coffee and espresso. However, the frother is loud. And this is coming from someone who constantly asks people to repeat themselves because I couldn't hear them. There's no cup markers for the water (you have to use the coffee pot to fill with water to see how many cups of water you're putting in), then leave the coffee door open after it's done making the coffee to let all the condensation dry up and the button for the espresso maker doesn't always work (if it is steady as soon as I turn the espresso portion on vs. blinking, I turn it off, turn the coffee portion on and off, then turn the espresso back on again and that seems to do the trick). If you can see past these annoyances to enjoy the delicious coffee this machine makes, I say go for it. But if you'd get easily annoyed with quirks like that, you're probably going to want to pass on this one.

If you are a caffeine addict, this is a must-have in your kitchen arsenal. The coffee just tastes better coming from this machine. The espresso machine is very easy to use and requires very little skill. Haven’t had a need to go to Starbucks or Dunkin since this purchase.

This is a stunning piece of equipment, but it’s functionality is annoying. It is certainly complicated at first, and we spent a week playing with it, making countless beverages that weren’t so pleasantly tasteful. If you prefer a coffee/espresso maker that’s straight forward, gets the job done, this one might not before you. The milk steamer/frother: Sprays all over the place East to burn your self Espresso maker: Difficult to use at first. I found a cheaper espresso maker that was much more convenient, and delicious. Coffee maker: Cone, reusable filter. Can be difficult to clean, so I used a disposable filter to protect the reusable filter. Comes with a carafe. This coffee maker brews GREAT coffee! If I could purchase just the coffee brewer on its on, I’d certainly take it!
