I've used the cheaper deep fryers that work OK for a while, but this one is great! Works great, very easy to clean, oil use monitor, many temp settings, and a timer.. All digital. Very nice!

I've only used this fryer about 4 times so far. I've cooked primarily chicken wings, which come out great. I've also done fries and some store bought mozellera sticks and Jalapeño poppers. I've been very satisfied. Whe it's time for cleanup the heating coil comes out, leaving just the oil in the well. Turn the spout to drain the cooled oil through the screened opening, lift the oil reservoir out and, along with the basket, pop it in the dishwasher. Couldn't be easier.
Additionally, I like the capacity of the basket. It holds a fairly large quanity of food.

Poor power cord connection

I originally had this as a 4 star review but the power cord has fallen off three times while frying. The magnet used to hold the cord to the unit is ridiculously weak. Also, the plastic trim on the lid which surrounds the digital display flakes off when the lid is washed. It's painted a chrome color which looks nice but the white plastic under the chrome paint looks cheap. The fryer performs well for actually frying but the other issues should have been addressed with quality control.

This is one of the easiest deep fryers to clean. I’ve fried chicken pork chops. Works fantastic

it take a little bit of time to heat up but i have used it 3 times and it hasn't fail me but it should have better sensors because when you use it you don't know what temperature is on. is is just me that i don't know how to use it .also the connection cord is weird

Love the fryer.
The only complain is the magnetic cable isn't strong enough.

Excellent Capacity and Ease of Use

The amount of food that can fit inside is quite bigger than I expected. I usually use it primarily for chicken wings and I was able to cook about 23 wings at a time. They came out fully cooked, crispy and delicious. It is very easy to clean and recycle the oil through the spout at the bottom.

I've only used this fryer once since receiving and it worked really well. It does take a little while to heat up to max temp but it seems to hold temperature well even when cold fires are added to the basket. I'm not sure about the cord yet. It uses a magnetic connection which isn't uncommon on fryers (I had the same type on a Ware Pro fryer that died on me) but this one seems to be rather weak. I'll post more if it turns out to be a problem.
