    Before this Delonghi, we had a Ninja coffee maker. We were very satisfied eith it for the convenience. Couple months ago, we want to try something different. Finally we landed on this coffee maket. It is as convenient as our previous one and much better coffee taste! We love this new coffee maker.

    The product is great. Dealing with Best Buy is terrible. Definitely not the same company from years ago. At this point there is little compelling reason to use Best Buy over Amazon. Shipping and tracking is useless and the time to ship an item had me questioning if I was getting ripped off.

    Don’t buy from Best Buy!

    First one came with broken plastic every where in the machine and outside the machine, returned and bought a new one and that one doesn’t work. Best buy has been striking out with everything! Used to be our favorite place but can’t get anything right lately!

    Arrived broken

    Just got it today (Jan 23) and pulled a broken unit out of the box. The plastic pusce of the base had a big crack in it and the side of the machine had come apart from its housing clips so who knows whats busted internally. Bringing it back and getting a replacement.
