We were very satisfied eith it for the convenience. Couple months ago, we want to try something different. Finally we landed on this coffee maket. It is as convenient as our previous one and much better coffee taste! We love this new coffee maker.

Definitely not the same company from years ago. At this point there is little compelling reason to use Best Buy over Amazon. Shipping and tracking is useless and the time to ship an item had me questioning if I was getting ripped off.

Don’t buy from Best Buy!

Best buy has been striking out with everything! Used to be our favorite place but can’t get anything right lately!

Arrived broken

The plastic pusce of the base had a big crack in it and the side of the machine had come apart from its housing clips so who knows whats busted internally. Bringing it back and getting a replacement.
