Machine is great! Save me money each day since i bought it! Perfect for beginners!

My wife absolutely loves this machine it was a Christmas gift from myself and 2 of our grandkids we adopted

Overall, the Magnifica Evo does what it is advertise. It creates milk drinks (latter and cappuccino), expresso and coffee. It can also do ice coffee, which I have not tried yet. Note that the milk is manually measured. It has the recommended amount for latte or cappuccino but it can manually be changed to your liking. If there is any con to this machine is that the setting for the highest temp is still not hot enough for me. This is a preference, I like my coffee temp as extra hot, might not be an issue for other people.

This machine is easy to set up, use, and maintain. Each different coffee bean may need to be ground differently (finer or more course) so be aware of tbet when trying different beans. Also it is highly recommended NOT to use dark roasted beans as they tend to be more oily which well then stick to the grinder and gum it up. The more oily the bean the more likely it is to cause issues and gum up the machine. I highly recommend this machine!

This De'Longhi Coffee machine is AMAZING. It works fantastic, and the flavor is so much better than the ol' drip coffee maker. Everything works as we expected and even more. If you are looking for an all in 1 Coffee/Espresso/Cappuccino/Latte machine, there really isn't much reason to spent $$$$$ more than what this machine does.

I rarely buy fancy coffee at coffee shops anymore because my coffee is so good! My 80 year old mother thinks you need a college degree to operate it but it really is easy. I will never be without one again. Worth every penny. I’ve only been using oat milk. It doesn’t froth as much as I thought it would but I understand there are a lot of factors that affect the level of frothing. At the end of the day, the taste is what I love.

This espresso machine took some time to understand how to operate and get set up, but once we did it has been so easy to use. If you love espresso’s as much as my family and I do, you will want to treat yourself to this amazing machine. I ordered this during the Black Friday sale, and had it delivered to my house (which was quickly done).

This is a terrible machine! I have owned this machine for about 8 months and in that short span, it has barely functioned. The machine has seems extracting coffee and just stops halfway through the extraction process. Nothing I have done - cleaning, changing grinder settings, resetting the machine, descaling etc., seems to work. The customer support experience has equally been frustrating; contact is via email, take days to respond, and when they do, it’s with incomplete unintelligible instructions that often do not match up to my machine model, even when they have the serial numbers. The idea of good, and the machine, for the very few it’s it was worked, makes a good cup of coffee. But those experiences are too far in-between and overshadowed by the terrible experiences, terrible customer service and costs incurred in lost beans and overhead. Delonghi, this is an expensive machine and you should do better by your customers. You have an opportunity to use your YouTube channel to provide more detailed trouble shooting experience, to provide a live customer care experience, and to expand your phone service. You limit your hours to M-F, 8 - 6pm EST and Saturday, 9 - 12 pm EST., assuming that we have to prioritize our terrible coffee experiences over our work!!! The live chat button, supposedly at the bottom of your webpage does not exist and it seems like you have purposely removed the telephone number from that webpage, to prioritize email contact. All these actions suggest that you are committed to engaging with your customers in any meaningful way. I am still waiting on your customer service team to resolve my issues- I have asked for details to send the machine back for repairs and have not heard back from them.

Is a great addition to the house game changer for the way we have coffee. We could never go back to K cups.
