Great an very easy to use. Just hoping it had a feed line option to fill the tank. Feels like the tank empty’s itself pretty quick but overall nice machine

Was between this and the Philips. This won due to better raiting on the quaility of milk froth and the brew group being less maintenance. I am replacing a Nespresso Vertuo machine that was getting far to expensive to buy the proprietary pods for. It makes better coffee and costs less overall. Its a bit noisy but just liek going to a coffee shop!

Did allot of research for automatic machine, obsessed for months if it was worth spending the money so glad I did I love this coffee pot. Took a little while to set up and learn settings but very easy to follow user manual

It was a bit tricky to use for pre-ground coffee at first, but it was great once we figured out the process. Makes great coffee every time and the preset options are customizable and very convenient.

This automatic espresso machine is very user friendly. It does take some adjustments to get the strength and consistency that you prefer. Easy to clean. Overall happy with this product.

I love this machine. I have been using it since February and it has been great. I was tasked to buy one for work and I loved it so much that I had to get one for home.

We use to have a nespresso and with this machine we save a ton of money!

this was the machine I got after I had another brand and I can tell you I returned it pretty quick as it stopped working within the first few days... I was so disappointed as for the price you would expect excellence but it stopped working, that told me about the quality.

They were able to price match Amazon for a cheaper price on what they had thanks!. The coffee machine itself is great, fresh coffee everytime you make a cup. Worth every penny

Expensive, but so far worth it. If you are looking for a relatively easy latte machine that makes great coffee, this is it. Caveat, only had it for 3 weeks but we've used it several times each day.

Love this coffee maker. I enjoy all the different coffee options I can make for whatever I’m in the mood for. Also, it’s a plus that I can use whole beans or ground beans. Love it.
