I absolutely love this machine! It's super easy to use. I actually like it better than the more expensive version that my parents have because I feel like these icons are more user friendly. I highly recommend keeping a jar/cup/mug underneath before and after you make drinks so when it self cleans you can empty that and not constantly worry about the drip tray. I use almond milk, and it still froths almond milk really well which is much harder than whole milk.

Great product! We’ve had manual espresso machines before and they were a mess I never could get a consistent brew, probably from my own inexperience. But this brews a great espresso and milk frother is even better than expected. I got it for a great price <$600. Haven’t brewed a pot of drip coffee since we got it.

This is a very good machine. I had a $3000 jura years ago. Although i missed having a really good coffee maker again, I was determined to not spend that much again. For under $1000 this works beautifully and delivers wonderful coffee. And. I love that it fits into my small area for coffee.I have no complaints. I recommend this.

Delonghi makes great coffee. At this point we’re saving money. We haven’t gone to a cafe/barista since we got the machine. I wish the bean hopper was bigger, but that’s a minor thing. The hardest part was learning to clean it. But once you’ve done it a few times it’s not so bad. If you’re looking for a fully automated machine that lasts, bean to cup, where cleanup is easy, and tastes great every morning. This is the one. The price is worth it. Delonghi is also great at customer service and help make sure you get your bean selection right and get your Java tasting the way you want it. A few minor tweaks when starting out. But once you get it dialed in it’s as consistent as the type of bean you feed it.

We are coffee aficionados. My wife worked for Starbucks for 21 years and I used to sell coffee makers at Sur La Table. WE LOVE THIS MACHINE. Its ease of operation and the quality of the results are everything we hoped for. I knew the De Longhi name and it has proved to be as dependable as I expected. I expected to have to buy a Jura to be happy. This machine is just as good at half the price.

I’m so happy not to be buying k cups anymore! The coffee is delicious. It took a couple of tries to find our perfect grind, but it was worth it. We had an older style Magnifica for the past ten years so we were use to a great cup of coffee. Wanted to cry when it “expired “. Tried k cup coffee until this went on sale. So happy now!

Really good machine for the price point. Easy to clean, can brew by grinding beans or adding preground coffee to a separate compartment. The brewing unit is a little low for today’s “yeti” type of mugs to fit under. The water compartment is a bit small and requires daily refills, but overall a really good machine for the price point.

Great machine! Real european coffee, real espresso. I bought a Philips 4400 and a Terra Kaffe and this machine, while more basic level (no fancy touchscreens) has the real know-how to all the coffee mechanics! Great coffee taste, great milk foam, great quality beverages.

I was always used to drip coffee then I moved to pods. But since I experienced the fresh ground beans, I was looking for a fully automatic coffee maker that would allow me to make different coffees. I decided on this one because of the features the ease of use and cleaning. I could not be happer with the product. The Best Buy sale price was great and the easy online order and pick up at the local store was a great experience.

I’m very happy with my De’Longhi coffee machine. It makes rich, smooth, and flavorful coffee every time, just like café quality at home. The espresso has a nice crema, and the temperature is perfect.

This is a game changer for me as I drink a lot of coffee. I would always go out and buy it so I decided to invest in a machine and there's no doubt that it had paid for itself the first month. its very easy to use and does all the work for you. all you have to do is refill/empty it and clean it on occasion. i highly recommend it.

Love it. Load the frother, add some bans to the hopper, touch a button and you've got a Latte or Cappucino better than what you pay $6 bucks for at Starbucks. Only issue is that you can't make doubles of any milk recipe drinks, only espresso. Not a deal-killer, you just make the same one twice but somewhat irksome.

We are really loving our new coffee maker. Having freshly ground beans really adds to the coffee drinking experience. We also love the variety of drink options. The water tank could be a bit bigger, otherwise no complaints.

After purchasing, trying out and returning various different types of espresso machines (manual and automatic), I can say the search is over. This De'Longhi Magnifica performs exactly what the names says: Magnificent! The coffees and espresso have the perfect temperature and the froth makes the cappuccino and lattes, comparable to bought in coffee shops.
