So far this was the better quality of fully automated cappuccino maker. Pros: fully automatic good frother adjustable strength options multi user settings Cons: the grinded coffee intake doesn't work properly no alternate coffee types - you have to use one till you done to switch to other type

It works great, I would recommend it to everyone. It saves me money and time by not going to Starbucks daily

It brews a good coffee and the milk system is really good. However, mine stopped brewing coffee after one month. Just few drops were coming out. I did all the steps the manual recommends but they didn’t work. Called DeLonghi customer service, they troubleshooted the Magnifica through a video call. Nothing. They told to descaling. They sent me an email asking if this had solved the problem. I replied that it did not work that I was waiting for instructions. No answer. I called them again asking for the next steps. They told me it will take 3 to 5 days to receive the authorization to return it to DeLonghi for repair. I send a second email to follow up. No answer. Customer service is not good and apparently the coffe machine is not so good either.

We are loving our new DeLonghi coffee maker. The coffee is very good and our favorite is the latte.

Excellent espresso machine. We absolutely love it, especially the milk frothing. Fully automatic. No complaints.

This is my second machine, I gave my older one to my brother. I wanted the newer one. I love them both, never had any issues.

Great machine. Lots of options. Makes a quick beverage. Very consistent. My best advice is to spend a few minutes customizing each beverage the way you like it. You may waste a little bit of coffee, but once you get it locked in, it’s like having your own personal barista at the touch of a button. Materials could be a little bit better on the outside finish but for the price compared to what you get with other manufacturers, it is a phenomenal machine.

I love me some espresso! Im always travelling and i only use it when im home. But when i have my long days off i use it everyday. It saves me from buying SB, which im trying to do so now. It tasted better than i have in any other coffee shop.

Excellent machine. It gives you a varied choice of coffee drinks and options as to intensity of the drink and three different styles of foam to accompany your beverage. I am very happy that I purchased this particular machine.

For a fully automatic espresso machine, I feel like it has a lot of options and the coffee temperature is adequate. I like my coffee very strong so I feel like I waste a lot of extra shot espresso in order to get it to the strength that I want so it’s not too water down.

I love the machine but I personally prefer hotter milk. I feel it warms the milk but it’s not hot. I prefer to warm the milk and add the espresso.

De'Longhi has made moving past pod-based coffee machines easy with this Magnifica Plus. With 18 different beverage options and the options or 4-programmable user profiles, not only is there a little something for everyone, but also a way to store your drink preferences just the way each individual user likes them too. I found this machine extremely easy to use and maintain and drinks came out hot (this is sometimes an issue with coffee machines where drinks aren't hot enough so you end up having to nuke them in the microwave after they're brewed - but not here!). A solid machine and (since we're going into the holidays) great gift for the coffee enthusiasts in your life! Good to Know: • Water tank holds about 2 liters or 64 ounces of water. • Can accommodate around 1/2 pound of beans. • You can use ground coffee (I personally didn't try this). Pros: • The massive screen not only makes the drink options easy to navigate, with your milk functions on the left-hand side of the screen and the coffee selections on the right-hand side. • Below the drink selection is the intensity (5 strength settings) and size (S, M, L and XL). • The screen literally serves as a guide with on-screen prompts (e.g. when what and how to clean the machine) while animations let you know what the machine is doing - this makes the machine a lot less intimidating to use. •The automatic milk frother eliminates the need for my milk frothing pitcher and hand wand, which frees up counter space and is less stuff to clean after making my coffee. The included frother also has multiple settings to control the amount of froth as well. • The hot water spout can be used for teas and oatmeal. This means I can put my tea machine under the counter and re-claim even more of my counter top space back. • The self-cleaning system and water filter minimize how much manual cleaning you have to do - but there are still components that should be hand-washed every couple days (e.g. drip tray). Cons: • The hopper does not have a seal (a weird omission for other reasons as well) so the machine is quite loud. • While you can do iced coffee drinks it's not ideal for milk-based drinks since the foam is warmed. • I'm just recently getting into Cold Brews, so the ability to do Cold Brews would've been an awesome inclusion. • For the drink sizes, it would be cool if the ounces were included on-screen in addition to S,M,L and XL sizes on screen.

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with!!! Our coffee pot got stuck in descale mode in early November. After many online chats and phone calls they finally believed us and asked us to send videos of what the machine was doing (each one hour long). They kept telling us to reset it and it would do NOTHING!!! Finally got them to agree to let us send it back for repairs first week of December. We have heard nothing from them and can’t get them To respond to any emails. Not Sure what to do at this point!!!! Went through the holidays with no coffee pot and had 4 Parties at our home!!! Unbelievably terrible service!!
