    I absolutely how simple it is to use this product, all I need to say is that you can have a perfectly brewed espresso quicker than it takes the time for your Keurig to brew you a coffee. Also I was having a hard time finding this piece of information but yes you can absolutely use pre ground coffee as well whole beens.
