This machine is no gaggia classic but it definitely gets the job done. Turning the machine on and then waiting about 15-20min to let the machine warm up is crucial in getting a decent shot. That really is my only recommendation. I would give this machine a 3 out of 5 but I've been consistently using this machine every morning for the last 3 months and it's already saved me tons of money. 4/5 because it's better then spending the money at fivebucks.

This espresso machine make really nice espresso shots. The steamer works well too, but it takes time to understand how to make a creamy cappuccino without bubbles. Overall I am very satisfied with the buy, especially considering the price.

I love this product! It makes really good coffee and I had no problems with it. It’s a good idea to clean the maker once a month to keep it clean and not clogged up!

Works good. Only fault is it vibrates a little so you have to watch while you brew.

I use this all day long. It makes great espresso. I previously had a very expensive maker that wad very expensive to fix. This makes great crema and the foamer is also great!

Makes good espresso. This machine has enough pressure to make a decent crema on top, the kind that will float that spoon of sugar. This is a small machine so it does not take up much counter space and it is not expensive.

Despite what the instructions may say, it only takes a few minutes to heat up enough to brew espresso. The frothier for the milk is okay and does the job and I have made good use of the machine overall, with well over 100th use. Less than a year later pressure would not push through the cup and only dribbled out at a painfully slow rate. In the end itI still saved money and time versus Starbucks.

Works well and as advertised. Would buy it again (when on sale)

This is the best machine I've had and I've had a few. Takes a little longer to pull a double shot, but worth it. Rich brown crema! Highly recommend.

Fine Machine for the occasional expresso maker. Performs well, reasonable price

I bought this machine to use in my home on the weekends instead of always going out to buy espresso. I depressurized the portafilter and bought a different basket to use to pull my double shots with. I am able to make acceptable shots for my taste from the machine. The frothing wand is lacking (too short). I hand grind and use an actual tamper instead of the built in leveler on the machine.

First espresso machine and love it, works well the only problem would be the noise while dispensing the espresso. Also causes a vibration that moves the spot glass out of place at times. These are all minor issues, the handle that holds the grind does not line up correctly when you place it back on the machine so the shots are at a slant

I did not like the compression disk. It is attached to side of the machine...so it is a mess. It was noisy...and the vibration from the pump caused it to move across the counter. The espresso was good. Still...I returned the machine

I originally bought one from Bed Bath & Beyond but I HATE pods! So I went to Best Buy instead...this was exactly what I wanted! It works great and it's easy to use!!! Love this machine!

Takes too long to brew espresso and rides to low to the ground to properly froth milk
