Very good basic espresso maker. Warms up quick and the steamer works good enough to make a cappuccino. I would recommend if you have limited space or just looking for a basic espresso maker.

Overall, this product did what it said it would. The flavor is bold and it truly enhances the flavor of the espresso. I tried making most of what it said it could make and it made them quite well!

very compact & couldn’t fit some of my cups under the filter. lack of timer makes it difficult to control between single shot vs double shot

My wife and I have owned various espresso machines over the years. And while we would love to get a bigger/fancier unit, our space and budget don't really allow that. But of all the inexpensive espresso machines we've had, I would say this one is the best. In fact, this is actually the second one of these machines that we have owned. The first one finally gave out after about a year. And if that doesn't seem like a long time, it was a year of brewing 3- 6 double shot lattes every day, so I feel that we got our money's worth. PROS: Brews delicious coffee. Froths milk quickly. Inexpensive. CONS: It's a little short, so it will only fit small shot glasses under the basket when brewing shots. For the same reason, you'll probably have to lift the unit up to fit your frothing pitcher under the steam wand, and it's easy to spill milk when doing this so it can be a little messy. Tends to vibrate when brewing so you have to make sure your shot glasses don't wander away. All-in-all, while this machine isn't without its flaws, the fact that it makes decent espresso for such a low price makes it the one to get.

It does well except I was hoping to use it as a full cup type brewing but it really is designed the European type expresso type cup, so I’ll use it for latte’s primarily.

We have had espresso machines for many years and this is the best one in this price range we have had. Actually it is better than the more expensive ones we have had. The frother makes excellent foam for cappuccinos or lattes and is very fast. You have to make sure you don't open the frother dial up to much though or it will make the milk to airy.

It was a good gift for my wife, we used it for the holidays and everybody had a good cup of expresso coffee ,everybody enjoyed a cup of coffee

Bought this for my daughter. I owned one that makes great espressos.
