Cleaning parts in the" basket " is possible and easy to accomplish. So we will see how long this lastes for a two-plus cup drinker.

Best bang for the buck

I buy the inexpensive espresso coffee from the grocery store and make delicious high-octane double shot espressos. Purists will say you have to buy a $2k machine and import your own beans. Nah..! I've never even tried to use the milk frothing stem. So, I can't comment on that aspect. Great job DeLonghi..!!

However it shakes quite a bit before and during the brewing process which usually moves the cup out of place and there is only enough space to fit the smallest size coffee cups (although you can put two at a time which is admittedly quite convenient).
