Makes great coffee, easy to keep clean. We make 4-6 coffees per day with this machine. Froths the milk well, and heats up pretty quickly. I highly recommend getting espresso cups and a 10 oz milk frothing pitcher--both on amazon-- to make your experience ideal. It is a small espresso machine, so you will want those small cups!

I had to return the first one I bought, as it did not pump water. I suspect there may have been a disconnected tube but I did not want to void the warranty and try to fix it. I took it back to the store and got a replacement, which works perfectly. This would be a five star review otherwise. I have been making great coffee ever since. This is the reason that buying in a local store is preferable when purchasing an appliance. This little machine takes time to heat up, but it’s pretty easy to make good espresso with your own coffee and it’s cheap. Use it every day, no problems so far!

This is my first espresso machine and I found it easy to use! It works quick so that I have enough time early in the morning to make a nice warm drink before running off to class. Frother works well and is about half as loud as a blow dryer, when used correctly and immersed in milk.

This is my second espresso machine and although it’s about $25 more than my last one I really wish I purchase this one instead. I am a coffee espresso snob and this creates the perfect espresso and crema on top!!! The tamper is it really easy to use so I still use my regular tamper that I’ve had for years

I like the machine for the most part. It is easy to use, easy to keep clean, heats up fast and is ready to use right away, though produces better coffee if allowed to warm beyond minimum that shows the "ready" light. Only con is requires a really short cup to fit under the coffee holder.

Makes much better froth than my old non pump model. Still experimenting to learn how to get the right proportions - instructions a little in clear. Seems sturdy and quality made.

Easy to use...good manual to read...priced right...I like the dual spit that delivers delicious hot coffe with very little effort...the frothing nozzle is easy to clean and delivers the right amount steam to the container...

Amazing coffee maker. I'd definitely recommend it if you're planning on making amazing latte and cappuccino at home.

I use this machine everyday. I love how it makes the espresso. The frothe wand works great.

This seems like a quality product so far after using it for several months. Unfortunately it doesn’t come with a tamper and the one attached to the machine isn’t great bc it’s plastic. Overall I can’t complain at all!

For many years we had a Mr. Coffee cappuccino maker(inexpensive and good value) but that machine failed us after many years of much use so we upgraded to the newer model. After having that model replaced twice in a year because it literally blew up and coffee grounds and broken glass was everywhere, I decided to upgrade to a better brand. So far, I've been happy with the quality of this machine and the quality of the cappuccino. The only thing I don't like is the lack of measurable distance between the dispenser and the base. You cannot put a cup under it that is even of medium size so you do have to purchase those tiny cups that will fit under it. It's deceiving from the photo because the cups look to be at least of medium size. On the other hand, a shot of espresso is what it really makes room for so if you have a couple of shot glasses they would work equally as well as the tiny espresso cups.

This machine works. Its cheap, compact, and it produces very hot beverages and steams cream very well.

This machine is actually quite good! It extracts the flavor quite well, and crema.

You can research this product further and you'll find that it's good for entry level espresso making. This can even be modified by switching the wands (might void warranty) to a better one to get better steaming, and you can also depressurize the portafilter and get a depressurized basket to make real espresso, at least of better quality but this takes some effort and tampering/grinding skills.

1.Can produce good espresso coffee, 2.Can't auto shut off. It must have some one attended. Only espresso cup fit the height, normal mug can't fit the height.
