Sometimes my headset works, sometimes it does not. My husband got the better of the 2. My headset goes in & out, people have a hard time hearing me, or me hearing them. I usually just have to turn the speaker on the phone. When I try to disconnect the call it doesn't hang up every time, so I have to locate my phone to disconnect. They were not available in the store so I couldn't exchange my head set. I guess it is what it is when my people bargain shop.
