    The wrong item came twice even after the model number was entered from the device it was needed for. Don’t know why Best Buy would sell laptops that you canst get replacement parts for. Especially for a charge cord.

    Does not connect securely to lab top. Have to move cord in right position to charge computer.

    the adapter actually worked very well. I was ready to return my laptop for repair, but I was able to charge the unit and not worry about the rest

    Bought this computer because of the low price, but now feel it was a mistake. Going on the internet, especially for streaming is slow and I am barely able to watch shows. Loads apps at an adequate speed, but will not set records. Did not expect a high performance PC, but this is a disappointment.

    Very happy with this charger. Works great with my Acer laptop. Does not run hot. Charges my computer as quickly as original charger. This is a solid product. So far so good.

    Bought it for my nieces laptop. Description said it would fit, it in fact did not.

    The cord adapter did not fit my Chromebook, so I will have to return it. I was unhappy with the entire process, as the store indicated that the product was ready for pickup the same day, when it in fact wasn't.
