I was so happy to see the dvd at Best Buy. I am 78yrs. old and have used this tape to stay in shape for 35 yrs, I tried everywhere to find the VHS and got no where at all. I received it in two days. If anyone is interested this tape is fabulous for getting in shape in 30 minutes a day weekends off. I tried to get a DVD a long time ago and could not find it. I thought I'd try Best Buy, and there it was. Thank you Best Buy, and it works perfectly. Jeanne
