Good Workout for Strength

This is a good workout that requires a resistance band. The video flows and relaxes the body while giving you a good workout. There are minor verbal errors in her video that can make the exercises confusing when you cannot look at the screen and are relying on her verbal directions. Once you get used to her mistakes you learn to ignore them.
