Easy to use, Great sound lots of options My sales person was very knowledgeable

My receiver finally went and I was looking for a replacement with a primary use of gaming...some movie watching and music listening. This receiver does the job well. Very happy with the purchase...extremely easy to set up and very intuitive...speakers sound great. Easy to setup my SiriusXM and Pandora account. I would highly recommend this receiver for receivers in this price point.

I Had a sony go out after a long time, and with this new 4k denon I never knew how much better sound could be. I didn't change my speakers and the quality is really noticeable. The speed it buffers, is so much better, only thing I miss is the auto-matic switch sony used to due if I turn on another device.

I bought this receiver because the reviews said that it was a good value and it was easy to set up. The set up is an onscreen process that I thought was time consuming and not as easy as the reviews suggested. However, that my have been due to issues with some connecting HDMI cables rather than the receiver. Now that it is up an running it seems to work well, albeit a little slower than the Onkyo I replaced

I was looking for an AVR with the capacity to add Atmos / DTS:X for my condo and researched this and a comparable Onkyo -- the Denon went on sale just before Thanksgiving at an amazing price and that tipped the scales. The Audyssey setup was straightforward and simple (even though I'm not quite a newbie in the arena and subsequently made some personal adjustments).

Video and sound quality is good, but starting up and limited connection can be improved!

I picked up 2 of these. One for my living room and another for my home theater. Excellent receiver at this price point for both systems.

This is perfect for a living room with decent speakers. The wireless works great for Internet radio without using a Sonos system. Bluetooth will connect to my iPhone

The only problem I am concern is connecting my devices to bluetooth it wont connect to it and takes along time to find any device and when its connected it just stop workong and you havw redo everything again took me almost one hour and half to connect to bluetooth. But after that problem its works great sound it amazing easy to set up. I enjoy.

I have researched quite a bit before I bought this. Got it on sale for $350 so I can say that its best of the lot when it comes to budget receiver. Things I like - Wifi (2.4/5 MHz), Airplay, New 2016 Denon iOS App, 7 channels, 2 out for subwoofers, HDCP 2.2 all inputs/output, HDR capable, DTSX, Dolby Atmos, Audyssey. There are so many other features which I'm not gonna include here. Things I'm Okay with - 75 Watt 2CH driven, kinda low on power I would say however if you listen at moderate levels this should suffice. The ARC option for TV Audio always defaults TV as source even though you might have listened to a different source before it was shut down. 2 Year warranty. Customer Service from Denon is alright Things I dont like - Sometimes there is no Audio from Receiver especially when watching Youtube App on Smart TV and you have videos on Auto play, Audio stops on after first video. Happened only couple times so far, I dont notice this on other sources like Kodi from PC or PS3. I'll update this review if I come across anything interesting.

I recently upgraded my home theater from a Yamaha receiver to a Denon. The Denon performs so much better than imagined. I can wirelessly play music from my iPhone and control the receiver via an easy fool proof app on my phone. This receiver has earned the right to be a permanent addition to my home theater. I've had it for 3 months now.

I love this features it has, and i love the quality.

I bought this receiver for my bowers and Wilkins home theatre. I was using a Yamaha previously, and this thing has made a huge difference. The flow of sound is even from one side of the room to the other, and the calibration is extremely accurate. I would have given this a 5-star rating, but the receiver doesn't pass thru my desktop computer with a gtx 1080.

I've had Denon equipment for years. The time had come to upgrade and I needed 7 channels, 5 for indoors and 2 for the patio. This one fits that need perfectly. It drives the sub-woofer with a strong bass and provides crisp and clear music thru the 7 channels. Plus, it's packed full of wireless features to add to its versatility.
