I was looking for an Atmos receiver to accommodate my 4K set-up. Really easy to set up and decent on screen menu. Sounds amazing. Syncs to the XBOX One S with no problem opposed to complaints I read about last year's Denon models not working. I wish the remote App was more user friendly.

I purchased this receiver based on reviews. I couldn't be happier! It does everything I wanted it to do. My speakers haven't sounded better and the setup was so easy. Best choice I could've made.

Very clean sound and a breeze to set up. The switching works seamlessly . The phone app has all of the functions but locks up often and crashes. The app is the only thing that needs work.

Still have my Harmon Kardon receiver which is higher quality, but this one allows me to run both game consoles, cable and TV with HDMI into it with only 1 output to the TV instead of 4.

The ease of setup is great. The clarity of the sound amplification is great. Video pass through is great. I am impressed with how well the Denon AVR fits into my home Theater system.

Great receiver, with a lot of power for the money. Sounds great through my Klipsch towers. Good, clean, crisp sound. Noticeable difference on the quality of the picture on my TV.

I had a Denon receiver from 2002. This one is phenomenal! I really liked the last one. Set-up was a breeze. Sound quality way better. Love the iPhone remote. Easy operation.

This receiver was easy to set up. It explained everything in detail. The sound is amazing. I have had Yamaha and an Onkyo receiver. This was a great investment.

Long story short... this mid range receiver is amazing.. handles all my definitive speakers.. and the pic on my 2 tv look amazing.. for 500$ well worth it!

This receiver can do it all, great power, great connectivity, and I really like the two hdmi outputs since I have a TV and projector. Highly recommend!!!

So far so good. I purchased this a/v receiver to replace an older 1080p Denon receiver in anticipation of replacing my plasma with a LG OLED. Love the Airplay feature and so far I've had no issues. I had my old Denon for several years and the only reason I replaced it was to get the 4K pass through. I've paired it with new Pioneer Andrew Jones surround speakers and sub. Look forward to adding Atmos speakers at some point in the future. The sound is amazing and really gives me a strong movie theater experience. Denon = quality for the money

Bought this to replace my old receiver. Has tons of power. On screen setup is super easy to use. Comes with calibration mic for set up

Outstanding Home Theater Sound. Fairly easy to set up. Sounds better than my previous Onkyo 7.1 system. Great value for the money.

Bought this receiver last month and found it very easy to set up and calibrate with my surround sound system. The quality of the sound is fantastic and I would recommend this to anyone as a good value.

Audessy set up is very easy, and results in extremely pure sound. You can run it as it comes right away, but since you are considering a Denon, I know you want features and pure sound. This is a very elaborate AVR, and to utilize all the features, you will be reading the manual that you should download. Don't let that discourage you unless you are far from a techie when it comes to sound. Since the goal is clean no distortion sound...THIS is the receiver to buy. Couldn't be happier.

I got this receiver on sale for $499, but I have to say I have been extremely happy. Great sound, awesome connections easy setup and love the ATMOS and DTS-X support... adds new dimension of sound

Denon deliveres quality sound and has plenty of inputs to connect all your gadgets. Easy to setup and connect. Bluetooth is somewhat limited to 15-20' span distance. Other than that great receiver.

This receiver was easy to connect and tremendous to set up and match to the home theater speaker system. Results great.
