Bought this to replace my old Onkyo Surround System receiver (no HDMI). Really easy to set up, love the bluetooth interface. Denon has good products so I am pleased with my purchase.

This Denon was purchased to replace another receiver that went DOA. The sound is good. The soundfield selection is adequate. The sound quality is more than good. The only shortcoming it has is spring loaded speaker "posts". Bananas would have been so much more of a classy touch.

Great sound , easy to connect. Recommend a subwoofer which is additional. Purchased speaker wire and optical. Great for a first time setup.

The reviews were good I decided to upgrade my old system. I had just bought anew 4K television and wanted something run my HDMI connections thru. After setting up the receiver which was pretty easy to do my subwoofer wouldn't work. Everytime I turned off the TV my blue ray player would open and turn on. When I turned that off my TV would come on again. It was a pain in the a--. Took it back after a week and hooked up my old system no issues.

I love this thing , for a first time AV receiver is great really improves sound quality for my TV. Prior to this I purchased a $400 sound bar and it reduced the volume of the TV by almost half and my TV speakers performed better than the sound bar....So I bought this AV receiver Ans lifetime warranty FLUANCE 5.0 speaker system and a sony 10" 115 w subwoofer. The sound is amazing! love the Sound Calibration feature.... makes a difference in sound quality. Plus now I have FM Stereo that rocks! Great for a first sound system

Needed a new receiver that could do 4K on a budget. This one fit the bill but it's nothing special.

In order to hear The volume it has to be above 55. And it only went up to 98. Not many settings. Returned it.

Wanted a Bluetooth 4K receiver and this one was very reasonably priced and you can't really go wrong with dennon!!

I had an Onkyo system that failed after a year and a half. I bought this receiver as a replacement. I am happy with the quality and performance. It powers my Boss surround system nicely.

Ive had a pioneer that finally got struck by lightening. I decided to buy a better unit, but I tried this one and I dont think it was any better than the original pioneer I originally had that was 10 years old.

Great price, good quality. Sound seems to skip after prolonged usage.

My 30+ year-old Sony receiver/amp died and I purchased this as a replacement. While not a power-house, it is more than adequate to drive my BOSE 5.1 surround sound system. It is very easy to set up and provides tuned (via setup process) 5.1 amplification. While it doesn't get firmware updates via Wifi, it really doesn't need any for the function it provides. This was definitely a great buy for the price.

I like the way I can set all the speaker volumes individually so I raise the volume for my little surround sound speakers that I repurposed. The price seemed good.

I will have to say this was a little more complicated than I expected to set up. The wizard you hook up with an HDMI cord to your TV. Please be aware the only way to hook this up to your TV is by Digital Optical cable. I wasnt expecting that so I had to wait until the next day to go get one. Other than that we have really enjoyed this receiver. It has really good quality sound.

Excellent sound and ease of use. For the price I do not miss the wifi or equalizer.

This receiver was easy to set up and perfect for my 5 speaker surround sound system.
