This one works great and has far more features and hdmi passthrus than previous one. Was able to use speakers from previous receiver, just had to buy a new subwoofer because this one requires a subwoofer that has it's own power and my previous one had one that it supplied power to. Love this unit and has been running great for over a year so I can say that it is a great product that will last.

Perfect for conference room

Fantastic sound
