Delivered in good condition. Very little information came with it. It replaced a very good Pioneer receiver that lacked HDMI jacks. The new Denon has them. I have to turn up the new one more to get good quality sound. The good news was that I eliminated about 6 lbs. of wires and cords!

I had a comparable 5.1 from another brand but it didn't quite blow me away the way I had hoped it would. This is really kind of amazing (to me at least). With modest-priced speakers the sound envelops in a regular living room. The unit does a fantastic job balancing the volume in each speaker to make it sound fabulous.

Bought the Denon 5.2 Ch AVR to work with our ceiling speakers. What GREAT sound/quality we have now!! Very pleased with our purchase and Best Buy.

This receiver is quite capable. It has more HDMI inputs/outputs than my previous receiver, more power and better controls than my old receiver.

Bought new tv and discovered it didn’t directly connect to my harmon kardon receiver I had for forever. Bought this as replacement and am happy. Streaming and Bluetooth is a nice addition for me. Good value for the price.

Easy setup and great sound! A nice update from my prior system.

This receiver continues the Denon tradition. The quality of is sound is very good at a good price. I use it for my outdoor speakers in multi-channel stereo mode and have the ability to set the volume on individual speakers.

Purchased this unit since i always heard Denon was a good quality receiver. It was replacing my Bose 123 system. To my surprise the Denon outperforms the bose system. Once set up the sound is amazing. The sync verween the picture and sound is also perfect.

This new receiver is superior to my old one and came at an extremely reasonable pricing point. Quality merchandise at affordable price points! And it's easy to use!

This AVR replaced a 10-yr old Yamaha, which was outdated. Love the ability to tweak all the settings and customize the sound, video and functions of this AVR. Easy to connect with banana plugs, with easy to follow instructions. The Audyssey calibration is worth doing, as it adjusts the audio output to the room and my preferences. Glad I bought this unit instead of another Yamaha, especially the price/features. Has a phono input.

Perfect control. Really helps my Klipsch blow tv out of the water. Took a bit of setup and patience to understand how to maximize my sound. (Hint: switch on the dialogue enhancer!) easy to setup once you connect it to a TV thru the HDMI ARC port.
