It's a nice unit and I think well ahead of the competition in this price range.

Very under powered from what description advertises. Instructions are terrible and not very helpful. I upgraded only to match television. Go with Yamaha or higher grade Denon.

My twenty year old Bose speakers sound brand new. I had to upgrade my subwoofer but it was worth the investment.

HDMI Input Bad after a little over a month

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this unit August 6th 2022 and today when I went to turn on my home system, the CBL/SAT input is no longer working. The receiver sits in an open space, inside of a rack, properly wired and grounded, and is never touched as it gets controlled by a programmable remote. I tested the input with multiple HDMI cables and other sources. When I moved the cable box (original source) to AUX1 the source was viewable. I now have a receiver that is just over a month old that is broken and I now have to get it repaired rather than return it for a new unit. I replaced a Denon AVR-1909 that worked flawlessly for 13 years and is still being used on another TV. I have been in Commercial/Residential Custom AV business for over 25 years and always used Denon/Marantz as my receiver of choice for customers and myself. While its one of the easiest receivers to setup I'm disappointed that this receiver, albeit an entry level receiver, has failed in just a months time of purchasing it.

The Quality of the speakers are also great, with a 5.2 or 7.2 Receiver the surround sound effects are great. Will definitely recommend
