One of the best I've EVER owned. I loved it so much I bought two more. There is an app that's a bit buggy and slow sometimes but it's got some insane cool features. I bought two 750's and a 950 and run them from my tablet. I use the multi-zone feature on one 750 and use the app to control it from anywhere in the house! LOVE IT!

This is the second Denon receiver I have owned. The first one that is 10 years old has been in continuous use is till going strong. Just needed another one. Sometimes it seems a little slow when changing from one input to another but gets there eventually and the sound is great. I'm hoping the reliability is as good as our old one.

I was having troubles with new receiver and Kenneth Hill and Steve replaced it with the Denon. They fine tuned it so the entire whole house sound system worked. Ken also was able to plug in a woofer so it received all sound and worked really well. They said there was a current discount on the Denon and gave me credit for it.

This is really a great receiver. I currently only have Polk center speaker, Polk T50 tower speakers and sub connected and it rocks. Music, movies, ball games, all sound amazing. Eventually I’ll get rear speakers for surround and speakers in the ceiling for Atmos. Just slowly building it. Very happy.

My Onkyo 702 died after 15years of constant every day use. I had intended to replace it with another Onkyo but after reading the reviews I decided to go with Denon. Love it. And it’s better sounding than the one I replaced it with. Hoping to get just as many years out of this one.

Easy to set up just use the on screen set up and sound and picture quality are very nice

Bought for bedroom. I wanted surround sound in my bedroom so I bought this receiver to do 5.1. It works great and is perfect for streaming music to. I do recommend this receiver. 70 watt per channel is plenty for a smaller to medium room.

I bought this to replace another denon with a bose system and omg this receiver is totally amazing I hooked Polk audio tl1 speakers to this receiver and the whole system is mind blowing setup is a bit of a trick but once you get it just right it sounds like a actual theatre

Relatively easy to set up movies sound great and bluetooth is awesome

Would advise use of banana jacks. Speaker set up was a little convoluted. Otherwise a nice receiver. Good picture.

I upgraded from an older Denon since I bought a 4K TV as well. This sounds so much better then my older Denon, and it integrates great with my Samsung TV and Fire TV Cube. I am by no means an audiophile, but I could tell the difference in sound right away.

Great receiver for anyone looking to start putting their theater system to theather. Not looking to spend a lot but still get great sound, this is that receiver.

This is my second Denon receiver, and this was a wonderful upgrade to my previous 1513. Favorite features are home network connectivity, and the ability to create a custom input with HDMI video and an alternate audio stream. This sounds trivial, but allows me to easily "turn down the sound" on the Saints game and listen to the FM radio broadcast. This was always a kludge, and is now a breeze. Then, when they go to halftime, I just press a button to switch back to TV audio. I'm also loving the second zone of speakers... I don't use surround, so I routed the rear speakers to my office. Now, I can have music or TV audio in the other room, without disturbing those in the living room. The HEOS functionality is excellent. My Mac, iPad, and Android devices can all stream directly to the 9950. Best home audio purchase I've made in a while.

*returned this receiver due to constant thermal cut off listening at 72% volume. Receiver was placed on an open shelf, not inside a cabinet. The sound was amazing and then it would cut off. Being as that's how I prefer to listen to concert music it wasn't a good fit. There was also gross bass distortion while watching movies. If an aircraft of other loud engine sound occured it would cause the subwoofer to squeak (brand new Klipsch 12" sub set to LFE and gain at 35%) Denon rep said turn your sub down however it barely functioned at the low setting of 35%. The problem is in the software inside the Denon. Not worth $700 to be limited to less than 70% volume and no subwoofer bass.

Owned this unit for almost two weeks now and it just delivers! Quick response between controls and lots of options in the set up. Enough power to handle a true, Dolby Atmos 7.1.2 system.

After searching for a receiver that I could afford and Best Buy had the best price. I am still learning to use this receiver and it's easy to work thru once you get started. I can't wait to expand it to a 7.2. Highly recommend Denon.
