This is a great receiver. We are very happy with the quality. The low distortion even at high volumes has made our existing speakers sound much better than with the receiver we replaced. The HEOS app is very nice

Ample smart hub options and quality of life features, plus ample power to drive any speaker. If you’re looking for slightly cheaper option that has a lower quality DAC, I’d aim for the 950H denon

Got speakers as well and 4K TV later, enjoy it very much. However when setting up password for WIFI, certain chars are not allowed.

It was a breeze to setup and the on screen directions make it easy to calibrate. When the rep told me about Heos I shrugged it off but I have to say it’s my favorite feature. I’d highly recommend this product to anyone!

Denon AVR-X1600 receiver

So, I purchased this one, and installed it easily to my basement surround sound home theater - all by myself! Plug and play. Works great.
