I get no sound for a few seconds up to a minute or more. I watch most programs after recording, so this is a big problem for me. Geek Squad hooked it up, so it should be correct.

I like to play Pandora while working around the house. This proved to be a feat with this device. The Denon App was pure CRAP. Not to mention you have to use the app to play the music, meaning your phone had to stay connected to the receiver. I was not a fan of this. I took it back and bought another Yamaha.
