Been looking for the right system to begin building a networked music system throughout the house, and this little guy nails it! Out of box, was playing music locally off my phone, and streaming Pandora and Amazon Prime Music, and also from my DLNA server within 10 minutes - wonderfully user friendly to set up and use. And sounds fantastic for its size, and for the price, will definitely be adding these... And salespeople at Magnolia were fantastic!

Unusable as an extension speaker

The reason I bought this was so obvious (to me at least) that I didn't question for a minute if it could do it or not - I just assumed - of course it can do it! And I was WRONG. What did I assume? That I could use it as an extension speaker and receive music from my Denon AVRS700W in the kitchen or where ever I decided to take or put the speaker as long as it was on my network. I decided to jump when the price went down to $150. When picking it up and paying for it, the associate told me - whoa - it's been marked down another $50 - bonus, right? Kinda...No built in bluetooth or battery - that's an accessory for another $100. The speaker sounds just fine; but I'm pretty sure I'll be taking it back.

Amazing speakers_poorly designed app needs help

The sound from these speakers is fantastic. The app on the other hand is really poorly designed and has really poor functionality. Their online customer (emailed) service doesn't provide good feedback, just excuses for a poorly designed app. The app doesn't allow one to move playing a song from one speaker to the other. e.g. I can't transfer the song i'm listening to from my basement up to my second story bedroom speaker. I have to stop and reload the station, often losing my song.
