Excellent sound, hard hitting low bass, looks great! I've had other soundbars and this is first class compaired to coach! $399 was a steal!

It really speaks volumes when a company won't/cannot stand by its' products. The sub stopped working less than 2 months after purchase with very little use. I barely had a chance to use the product. The bestbuy rep was very helpful in demonstrating the product. I was not familiar with the brand but decided to take a shot anyway. I could not return to bestbuy so I called Denon support. I was told I had to return and pay for shipping. I asked for an exception considering that I just purchased the product and it stopped working. I understand electronics very well and know that there is always a percentage that will have issues after manufacturing. However, companies that stand by their products and support their customers will do everything they can to make sure you have a smooth experience when something goes wrong. Some companies seem to miss this very important step in customer relationship building. I wish could return this product and choose a different brand. The rep at Denon said and I quote " We might be able to work with you if we send the product back and it continue to not work and you have to return it to us" REALLY?? I am sure others may have brought this product and had zero issues, but if you should, beware that this company's customer service is horrible. To be fair when the product worked the few times I used it, it was great. However a product that cost $600 should work more than 2 months.

Awesome sound bar. Sound is amazing and the subwoofer has a control knob to turn the bass up or down. Sounds amazing with fast action movies. And it's compact.

We purchased this sound bar to hook up to our Sony TV. The sound was a little hollow. It did not have a good volume range. It was returned.

The sound bar was on sale so we got it at a very good price. It works very well giving us excellent sound from the tv.

This sound bar and sub wolfer are exactly perfect for our great room. Sound quality is excellent and it was so simple to set up. Extremely pleased.

Outstanding system. major improvement over TV speakers. Easy setup. Booming bass and great sound separation. Looks good also. Highly recommend!

great compliment to tv .makes movies and sporting events authentic,close to being there in person .great value and performance ,more than pleased.

Quality sound and design. Provides a movie-theatre type of experience in the comfort of home.

Connecting the Bluetooth to my Samsung tv is a hassle every time. And then on top of that, sometimes it freezes so I can not adjust the volume then I need to unplug it and start over. It’s ashame because it sounds awesome- just some flaws .

Sometimes the bass is a little loud, depending on the show. Overall it's a great sound bar.

I was looking at lower priced bars, but after I listened to this one it was well worth the $360.00 sales price

Having Greek squats set up things was great filling out these reqt things is a pain

I bought this sound bar because my daughter and son-in-law already had one and they recommended it for me.

but the sound quality of this device isn't so great. I bought this sound system along with my 75" tv and the sound is much better on the tv vs this device. not really happy about the settings to where you can customize movie or television requirement.

Auto on/off, separate volume on Sub, Directv/Cox/Dish remote will control it.
