Destiny, so much to talk about with this game but lets keep it short. I played the demo and decided to buy it. Logging in for the first time with the full game I got 12 trophies I earned through the demo which was awesome! The story line is thin and sometimes unclear with what is actually happening. You do get these grimoire cards that you can view on the destiny site if you want more story but it would have been better if they had something in the game for it. If you want to play through the game single player you can most of the time but it is an MMO so you will run into other players sometimes. If you are someone who interacts with the community I have found that a lot of them are really nice. My biggest problem with the game is that they have enemies from the DLC that out level you. They appear randomly and seemed to always be in certain places. The problem with these guys is that they will always kill you in one or two hits. Even more frustrating is that you cannot kill them, whether that is because they are part of the DLC or just because they are so much of a higher level than you I never found out. I just finished the story at level 20 which brings me to the next thing I don't like and that's the Light Leveling. Once you reach level 20 you can only gain levels by finding gear with Light in it. Once you finish the story there is more to do yet but it does get repetitive after awhile. You have bounties you can complete, you can compete in the crucible, join up with friends or strangers to complete a strike, or you can just run around doing side missions or killing things on each of the 4 worlds you get to play on. I would recommend playing this game with friends if you can. There is lots more to talk about with this game but I am keeping it short. P.S. When I installed this game there was a lot of updates to download and install. Also with the new expansion coming out in September 2015 there will be some changes in the game so if you are struggling with the game at first it might be worth checking into as I have been hearing a lot of good things about that.

This online RPG is very very addicting. You can play solo or with up to 3 other people in the strike coop missions or the campaign missions. Throughout the level you find loot from enemies and bosses which helps you get better armor. I played this on PS3 and PS4 and it looks and plays well on both systems. Its a really good MMO type RPG for consoles. I highly recommend it.

I'm not typically a first person shooter gamer, but the RPG aspects of this game appealed to me. It is fun to play and even replaying missions is fun. However, the story is seriously lacking. I completed the main mission was was wondering really what it was all about. Not a good game if you appreciate an interesting story.

Fun game that loads fast and runs smoothly on PS3. Lots of options in game play from story missions to grinding mini objectives. Also has many PVP matches, but I have not tried those out yet. Very large amount of armor and weapons to collect. Con is that the story is very weak (non-existent) and really just a collection of "go here - kill these enemies" objectives.

The game was amazing at launch. A new Bungie game made from the same guys who made the Halo series. Hyped beyond measure. But yet when the game actually released, it was stale from the beginning. There is no story at all. The story as far as I can tell is "Shoot that alien, it's bad." Terrible. A good story makes half the game and this is only half a game for $60. The multiplayer is decent but everyone runs around with the overpowered weapons so that leaves no room for new guys to have any fun. Such a shame this game turned out to be.

Compared to most other PS3 games this Destiny game is a lot better and more worth playing. The graphics are really good the shooting and action are on point. However I rated this game four stars because it needs to be connected to internet and is always updating itself, sometimes I couldn't just turn on the console and instantly play, I had to wait till it updated. It is a Bungie game so it is compared more to the Halo games from Xbox's

Destiny is a great shooter with intense action, both in the single player campaign and on-line. It's RPG elements make you want to continue playing to level up and get better gear. Bungie knows how to make a smooth-playing game, and fans of Halo will feel very comfortable with it. Only complaint is the weird, rushed, pointless story. But this isn't a game you play for story anyway.

This game is one of the great games from 2014 and fun to play. The story is little bit disappointing, but otherwise, very good buy.

The game is great. Combat is fluid and exciting, graphics are fantastic, and the bosses are challenging. However the story is very lackluster, and the fact that it didn't launch with all of it's content(specifically raids) is annoying. 4/5 for quality but lacking in keeping me hooked.

A really good game overall. The elements are there and the action can get intense. Only thing is the story can lose track and be random but the action is great. Destiny is a great game and should not be overloooked.

So, I bought this for PS4 originally, and picked up another copy on PS3 to play with friends on the PS3. My character from the PS4 version didn't lose anything and I am able to switch between the two consoles without any problems. Still a great game and still highly addictive.

Very fun game! It doesn't take a very long time to get through the entire game but there is still plenty to do. Still working on leveling character up.

Lot's of fun if you like space themed action games. Several ways to approach your progress through the game and collaborating with other players. Need to have really good internet service though!

purchased this for my 13 yr old grandson. He loves playing, but he was disappointed when he had to spend additional money to continue with other parts of the game. He liked the game enough to spend his own money.

This game is deep and allows infinite replay as a new character or helping others complete their quests online. The setting is a realistic science fiction backdrop. Plenty of weapons and armor to explore!

Game is wonderful to look at and fun to play, as long as you have a high speed internet connection and PSN (for me) is up. Wish there was an offline option

The game starts off fairly well, but after level 20, you need to have a fireteam (squad) to do the raids and strikes. That part, along with having to spend nearly half the price of the game to get content that should've been in the game when it was released is really terrible There should've been more of a storyline. Big promises were made, and they came up very small.

Destiny lives up to my expectations. I had a good idea what to expects, after being part of the massive beta for the game. The finish product is absolutely beautiful (the PS4 version is even more lush)! I haven't sat in front of a console this long in ages. Great characters, online multiplayer awesomeness, a variety of baddies, and an increasing leavel of dufficulty with each mission / map point. Way to go, Bungie!

I would recommend this game to anyone it's amazing there's a bunch of different weapons for different levels you become more and more powerful when u level up causing more damage, the armor u get for your choice of class looks amazing I chose Warlock if anyone likes warlocks go for it. Try it out and see how u like it. Pick what class u want and see which is best for you. Enjoy it :) thanks
