Destiny Taken King offers hours of fun either alone or with a fire team of friends. There are countless weapons, gear, and more to work towards.

Don't get me wrong, all games can be repetitive, but this one just seems more willing to sacrifice variety in gameplay for a constant state of action and the ever lasting need to level up. The mechanics are great, the gameplay is fun, and the rewards system is quick to make you forget this was your 19th run for that next piece of gear. It's well worth a few play throughs to level each class and enjoy some end game. Either way, good story, good action, great replay...for a little while.

The Taken King edition of Destiny is more or less the REAL Destiny. The core game is exactly the same (it's even the same disc in the package as the original 'vanilla' Destiny). Included is all of the current DLC for the game. The core experience can be repetitive but like any online game a lot of the actual fun comes from playing with friends. If you enjoy space combat and playing with friends it's a great game and a fun batch of DLC with new weapons and armor. If you're looking for something with a story. This probably isn't for you.

This is the way the game should have been at launch. Finally feels like a full game. Great value for people just getting into to Destiny now.

Very fun game with great graphics and story line. Also you can choose from so many different avatars to customize your character which I thought Is pretty cool.

Killer game and the addition of the taken king is great. I just started gaming a few months ago, but this one is by far my favorite.

It's a really good dlc but why can't you just pre-order the taken king and not the game and 3 dlc's. I mean if you're new to destiny it's a good package but most of us have played for a long time.

The expansions add a bit more to the game and keep you playing... Getting this as a package deal is a lot easier and cheaper than buying them separately.

After some some of going back and forth, I finally decided to check out the taken king. I never played year one, so I was apprehensive about being late to the game (no pun intended). However, I was surprised to find out that, they have made it easy to jump in and start fresh, as well as gain fast exp to participate in the crucible as well. There is always new content (big and small) to keep you popping in the game over and over. I'm glad I got the game, and I cannot wait until the next round of content.

A tough rpg style shooter with multiple classes and sub classes which brings nearly a ton of different ways to end your opponents life or npc enemy's now understand the games been out for awhile and even with the level boost you get you will still be matched with random people meaning players way higher and some lower just remember it's tough starting out but still doable with a decent team and please more people need to use the microphone when playing for increased fun and teamwork.

The total Destiny Taken King experience was not only enjoyable but intense as well. It felt like what should have been released on launch date but putting that aside; it had many new maps and game modes to keep you having fun the whole way through. The multiplayer and co-op aspects are both significantly improved from the original game and for those new players, there is a way to gain your rank to thirty as soon as you start playing. It's a good game if your looking to play a few hours or even just a multiplayer game after work.

This game comes with the original game and 3 expansions. It's a fun game and at this price for all that it comes with, it' a steal.

This product contains all current DLC except for paid Emotes. Destiny main game on disc and all other dlc/expansion are codes. Game is still about shooting and hunting for gear but the weapons and gear have all changed in different degrees. Please look further for that info. Personally this game quality is great but the quality of the extras could have been in the ORIGINAL season pass. New level caps are interesting to reach for. THIS GAME IS MEANT TO BE PLAYED WITH FRIENDS.

I did not pick up the original Destiny. I bought this game after hearing all the hype surrounding it over a year later. Every bit of it has lived up to my expectations. The graphics are great, single player gameplay is fun, and the online community has been very helpful when I was just starting out. I have logged more than 100 hours in the game and still find new experiences every time I play. Excellent game, highly recommend!

Having played Destiny when it first was released in September 2014, I highly enjoyed it and after several months I was anxiously awaiting The Taken King. I received this game for Christmas with not one, not two...but THREE DLC's at a great price. Upon playing it I fell in love with Destiny all over again. It's a great game with fantastic graphics, great controls and amazing sound. You can't go wrong with this game.

At first I was disappointed in this game. I played through it on my own and felt like there was not much substance. The mechanics are great but the story left a lot to be desired. However, the Taken King adds a lot to the game and after the last update things have gotten a lot better. It is fun to play with friends and the game feels more complete at this point. Only worth the purchase if you are getting all the expansions with the main game.

This is a great addition to Destiny! The new missions and updates to the game are definitely an improvement over the original and anyone who enjoyed the original should definitely check this out. The legendary edition comes with the game disc and the first 2 DLCs so you get everything you need. If you already have the original I'd suggest trading it in and saving a little money on the legendary edition.

Having not had a game console for nearly a decade and getting back into it last year with a PS4, I was interested in this game because I enjoyed Bungie’s original HALO. The gameplay style was similar in some ways but the story a little less compelling, though it sounds like the original release of Destiny had significant issues. I enjoyed this enough to say I’m a fan of the series and look forward to Destiny 2.

Destiny: The Taken King is a VAST improvement over the vanilla version of Destiny. There have been numerous tweaks and additions to gameplay that are too numerous to list. All these adjustments have made an ok game into a great game. If you played the original Destiny and didn't really like it, give it another chance with The Taken King....it really is worth it and has made the game a lot of fun...
