it is a great game specially if you have friends. the controls feels nice and tight and the graphics are pretty clean. it has 3 awesome class to choose from with very deep customization

"This game is Halo's brother and I like Halo." It is very well balanced, and I like where they have the multiplayer and campaign menu combined.

This is one of my favorite games on the xbox 360 to play with friends. The story is really good and although a little shorts really tells a fun tale. The way the combat works is where this game shines in that the classes each feel different with the power sets and there is a weapon for how each person plays. The multiplayer is a lot of fun if you have a team and you work together. I would recommend this game to anyone who is a fan of Bungie or most FPS games.

Great game but a complete hard drive hog. If you have a 20GB drive you have to delete just about everything to get installed and you can't play the game unless you install it. And the initial download takes an hour or so. Other than that, it's very fun and challenging and the graphics are killer.

I got this game for Christmas, but I didn't get to play it for some time. If you get this game, make sure you have an Xbox Hard Drive with at least 20GB of data free. It does note this requirement on the game case, but it's easily overlooked. One thing to note about Destiny, it is online only. If your internet has difficulties staying connected (i.e. your signal drops from time to time) this game will be frustrating. Destiny's servers are quick to disconnect you if your internet drops for any length of time. I had this issue at first, but a new modem fixed the issue for me. As for the game itself, I love it. It is a new take on first person shooters. It is incredibly fun to play and the story mode is very captivating. My one complaint with the gameplay is that it is difficult to communicate with others online. I give this game four stars. The game is incredibly entertaining. The only thing that kept it from five stars is the frustration I had initially and the lack of effective communication online.

The visual quality that this game boasts is amazing. The backdrops will leave you staring off into no where. There is a large amount of game with friends or lone wolf. I am disappointed in Activision forcing Bungie to release this game as early as they did. They are continually releasing patches in order to fix problems. If Activision had been less greedy and allowed for Bungie to release the game when they were ready we would have something that would be more like Skyrim or Halo 3. Unfortunately this game is a solid 4/5 starts. I recommend everyone to buy it but don't buy it for the challenging story line like Halo.

When a game comes along that you can invest 40 hours a week in and not get bored, let's face it, you must buy it. Most likely if you are a gamer you have this. This game is amazing from level 1 to 32. You really cant get bored either because not matter who you are there is always a challenge from somewhere. You will stumble into areas where the enemy will challenge you no matter what level you are. There are daily and weekly events that will leave you humbled. And the luck of the multiplayer missions will increase your endurance by fighting along side of seasoned veterans and newbs. Get it, do it, and see you in the game!

Its a good game I was looking for more story within the game but Im sure I need to go to the website for more info. Its a good game to play with friends

First I had to buy a larger hard drive for my Xbox but after starting to play I found it was enjoyable but overall very bland. I had eagerly anticipated the release of this game. It seems to have less content that other games which took 2 to 3 years maybe even six months to develop. All of the quest seem to be very very similar, so far anyway and it seems like the graphics are worse than they were on the beta. The combat is is enjoyable there's a lot of weapons and the parts of the game are challenging but it's really not much more than a mediocre arcade style shooter game. I was expecting so much more since Bungie spoiled me with the Halo series and certainly halo 4 was heads and shoulders above what I experiencd with Dsstiny. I though it was going to be a total immersion type of event and it didn't live up to that hype.

This is one of the first games that I have ever seen that does such a great job of blending single player and team play so seamlessly. It's fast pace and action intense and as your character increases so does the enemy. No more playing just easy, hard or expert. Worth every penny and more!

This game is amazing but fails to provide gamers with the hype that surrounded it. It needs so much added to it and hopefully in the coming months those things will be provided. Bungie gave us the first ever mmo shooter but failed at providing us with everything an mmo contains. No guilds, no trading, no crafting, etc. The world also feels empty. I expected to find the lush environments containing npcs to communicate with and get side quests- which would have been a better alternative to going to a board to get side missions. The bounties are repetitive - why would developers give you the same side quests over and over? I would be okay with this if there were actually side missions to perform. The Crucible is a lot of fun and well done. This game is great but has a long way to go to live up to the media portrayal.

Since purchasing this game, my xbox has turned into "The Destiny Machine." Love this game, great step for mmorpg game play into the world of consoles. Server can be a little meh when I play on fire-teams, but that could also be my connection or just live being weird. Never the less; yes, yes, a thousand times yes, get this game!!!!!

I really enjoy playing this game and there are a ton of modes you can play so it is hard to get bored. It seems more of a MMO than an RPG to me and that is ok. With so many things to do I forget about the main story and that is a drawback for me. Also the enemies are very similar to Halo enemies which I was hoping for some variety.

Very fun and awesome video game, You have to check your hard drive space, My Xbox 360 only have 4GB and the game cannot work, I have to upgrade the hard drive replacing with an original Microsoft HD brand to avoid any issue with the configuration. HD price $99.00, cost me a lot to keep using this console.

My 12 yr old loves the game. Mostly the graphics and challenge. The parental controls help me like the game too. I don't like violent games, but this allows me to turn off adult content and blood. I wouldn't buy it without that feature. Not all games have that. Pays to do MY homework as a parent.

I bought the game for my son who does not have an XBOX Live account (but I do), he cannot level any higher that 20 or unlock the extras that require Live account. Overall the game play is decent with decent graphics. I would recommend the game for anyone that is into first person shooters.

This game is a lot of fun to play with friends, and between the raids, strikes, story missions, and patrols; there is a lot for you to do with them. However, I have to admit that the way the story was executed was rather confusing, and the final boss left me wanting for some more explanation. This game is a very solid FPS/MMO styled game, however, if you don't like games that require you to grind a bit to get better armor/weapons, then this game may not be for you. Other than that, I say that it's a very solid game to pick up!
