the geek squad helped me hook up my new printer to my computer

I ordered ink for my printer online. It was ready when I got to the store. I am a happy customer. I used the Geek squad and they fixed my computer over the phone. You guys are incredible.

the agents informed me they could not assist me to trouble shoot a 300 dollar printer I bought 1 year before with intermittent connection problems. they told me to contact my internet provider as printer was not compatible w router signal. in fact solution was to set up simple IOT network using router. charged me about 100 dollars over multiple tech calls to misdiagnose problem and drop me in midst of call w text.

Spent two hours with two different online agents. Absolutely no help. Ended with advise to watch you tube video which was also useless. Said he would call back and never did.
