    Was charged $39.99 for help by phone which they assured me would not be charged if they could not fix my problem. Problem not fixed but I was still charged $39.99........not a happy camper! I had to file a dispute with my credit card carrier to resolve this issue.

    Ordered a 98" TV. Best Buy sent 2 big guys to unpack, install, and setup. Great service.

    This was the worst remote conversation I've ever had. I spoke with 3 people; none of whom knew how to fix the problem. Plus, I paid $40.00 for "advanced" help; she was so rude, and hung up. Your so-called Geek squad is a joke, that's not funny. If I ever buy anything from Best Buy again, it won't be anything that needs service. I've already submitted this previously.

    A complete disgrace. Initially started well until I was made to wait two hours before the agent remembered she never switched my SIM card from the old home to new one which caused me additional hou wait and my phone still doesn't work. I'm disgusted with Best Buy and the Geek Squad and I am back to using my old phone. New one won't work. Might return new phone. Unacceptable!

    I need to call them back again to finish the setup with new monitor. Now we have the old & new but if something happens on the older one will stop all together both. Plus really concern that missing documents, pictures and micro edge. This took time with Jon was a good attitude but need a new pro tech.

    Appears this set up was farmed out to a non-Best Buy company. The never notified us that morning when to expect them. Prior appointments with Geek Squad would always advised so you didn't have to sit and wait forever between 7a- 1pm. Dish was there to upgrade box so he went ahead and installed tv. So cancelled your guys when they finally called. Did have old tv picked up but that was by an even different company. Would only recommend actual Geek Squad service.
