    I was having issues with my ET-15000 printing way off center and contacted support for help. After hours of trouble shooting we still couldnt get it figured out but the time and service rendered was 100%. Thanks guys for you help

    The agents tried to help me, but we're unable to fix my computer's problem. I had to bring it and my printer in. That lovely young man got it working at the store. It wouldn't work for me at home.

    The person that hooked up my computer and TV and DVD was very kind, courteous and Knew his job very well and explain to me how to work the items he installed and gave me very good instructions that were very helpful. MUCH APPRECIATED! Did a great, great JOB. Will refer to other people that I know that need your service. Thank you very kindly

    Efficient and knowledgeable -- Alexander delivered my devices, installed them without issue -- however the issue with the printer off line persisted and i had to connect with geek three times -- today hopefully the printer will stay on line. Your salesman Anthony was also very attentive and helped me select the proper devices.

    I asked for help copying a scanned document from an email or my computer to another email or document, but only the installation of my printer/scanner was examined. Very disappointed. Not worth $40.

    Ive used Geek Squad, on & off, over the years. Ive honestly never had issues. Agents have been kind & supportive but recently I had a horrible experience w an a female representative from India. I had a bit of a challenge understanding her but we managed. She didnt seem interested in assisting me and in fact she was rather rude, dismissiveness and condescending. She spoke over me as I tried to speak & continued w her aggressive & hostile behavior until she hung up on me. I had repeatedly asked to speak w a supervisor but she ignored my request. I had called back & spoke w a supervisor. They were very professional & apologetic. I asked them to review the call. I hope she was fired.

    Great efficient service! Ashton was excellent. He answered my questions and got my device working. This is the second time recently I’ve had to use the Geek squad. Jordan assisted me with my computer. They are a group of professionals!

    For a small reasonable fee, the team member of geek squad saved me from a hustler and restored my connections. I had a HP connection issue and the HP sevice tried to hustle me for a one time 200 fee and force od 1500 a year protection fee. I called geek squad and they were on it. Thank you geek squad.

    After 3 hours with two people and paying $40 they said I had a hardware problem and they couldn’t fix it. Then I was disconnected rather abruptly. Called HP. They fixed the printer. It wasn’t a hardware problem.
