Geek Squad was rude and didnt fix my issue

The Geek Squad agent remotely logged into my computer, did a couple of things to my computer, told me there was nothing wrong and disconnected. He didnt even tell what all he looked or what he did to my computer. I paid a lot of money for this computer and it still wont stay connected to the internet.
The ONLY reason i bought my computer from Best Buy was because I was told the Geek Squad was the best.

Despite their claim that the monitor issue had been corrected, it was not and the monitor still didn't work. I had to spend another $200.00 with a local computer outfit to get the thing to finally work.

I recently bought a new laptop and couldn't figure out how to connect it to my printer. So I called Geek Squad and they assisted me. They were patient with me and downloaded software from the printer's manufacturer's website. This enabled the printer to connect to the laptop.

I purchased this for help with a $600-$700 printer I purchased that was not connecting to the internet. They took over remote access to my laptop, then after about 15-20 minutes, closed out all the windows on my laptop and exited the chat with no solution to my issue. Then sent me a receipt saying the ran tests on my computer, which they did not do, and resolved the issue, which they also didn’t do.

It did not fix the issue that I was having, but they were very kind and patient. Had to call a tech that took control of the laptop to hook up my printer and connect my word document.

I bought an Epson ET3850 printer from Best Buy. For 2 years I was able to print wirelessly from my laptop. I called Geek Squad because it was not printing from my laptop to my printer. Geek Squad wasted almost 2 hours of my time and did not fix the connectivity problem between my laptop and my printer

The special, diagnostic "take over the user's PC" service cost was $39.95 and lasted an hour. It failed. The tech's summarizing apology:
I AM SORRY, YOUR PROBLEM WILL REQUIRE IN-HOME service.
The tech seemed serious/fast-working, worthy of an "A" for effort, but "F" for end result, so our Canon MF654 went back to Best Buy. Why did we buy the tech service? Canon's product offers a full feature set for the $, and we really wanted it to work.
