This is a game I've been waiting for years to play.

What a total disaster. Like so many I had my game pre-ordered and as of now its not ready for pick up even though it says it will be today. Im currently debating cancelling my order. This is so frustrating! Done with this place. at least offer up a digital code or something. what a joke.

Was super excited for this game, so this is one of the first games I've ever actually pre-ordered for pickup and either best buy or blizzard failed miserably. Got a message that my order is delayed with no eta of when I'll actually be able to pickup.

Very disappointed as I haven’t had issues picking up pre-ordered games on release day at Best Buy in the past. Got several notifications this morning that it has been delayed for a week. Extremely disappointed and will be purchasing somewhere else.

This game blows. The devs want us to spent a lifetime struggling through the grind. Every time we start to feel the game is okay, they need the classes and make it unplayable again. Third time is a charm. They’ve nerfed us three times already and players are angry. I won’t buy the next version.

BestBuy you lost a sale. Pre-ordered the game expecting to pick it up at launch June 6th. Now it says that i will expect to see it June 22nd??!! Why the crap do you offer Pre-order if you can't even get the game out at launch?!

If you are going to do a prerelease atleast have the item in the date. People choose to not buy from other places where they would have gotten it the day of. Very poor. Will preorder elsewhere unless this changes.

Game isnt great and not worth the70$ i wouldnt recommend buying this. Plenty of better games like tgis out there and even free to play ones.

I pre ordered a minthbin advanced and theyre telling me they dont have my copy on release say. Will not be shopping at best buy anymore

I canceled and went to target, they had a bunch in stock. Now ill never trust pre order from best buy again.

Did not care for the game at all. It was not advertised properly. Looked at more graphic and interesting than when your actually playint the game. Although the game wasnt good best buy did a great job!

Yep, just like others, had a pre-order for launch day pick up, but was told order delayed. Shouldn't be that difficult to figure out how many pre-orders to take to ensure you can fulfill them BBY.

Recently your branded credit card decided to not extend membership with me, because of high usage of my limits. Now I’m not getting in time what I’ve paid for. Never gonna buy anything else here.

I always preordered my games from best buy with the knowledge of getting them day one. This will he the last time i preorder a game from best buy. Unacceptable

Pre-ordered and Was supposed to pickup today from the store.i get email saying it is delayed. This may not be BB fault and could be Blizzards fault.
